What's New With Hive April 16th Plus Goals Update

Hive is starting to move again in terms of development and big project releases along with small. By all means if you know of other projects I may have missed from this week and big updates please let me know in the comments as I do my best to pull the information I can by myself at the moment.

This article will go over the new updates on hive, new applications and so on. It will also list a few of my own goals and these goals will be of my own. This report is by no means to shove it in anyone's face but instead show others what is possible with investment, time and commitment to hive.

What's New With Hive April 16th 2023

Discord Game

What very well could be the first ever discord game for Hive was recently released. However note it's in beta for sure as it's had a bit of downtime and is currently down. Growing pains and getting things figured out. However it's pretty cool that this game works on discord with some commands and a token can be traded called DBLN.

Splinterlands

Well I did a thing and surveyed my tract of land last week. Now I have 42 more plots to survey still however those will take a bit of time as I want 20,000 DEC per each to get the building in a box and time crystals/food. I believe this $20 investment per plot is going to be critical for long term success as it means I can start producing fast and most likely pay less than if I waited.

A quick breakdown of my tract of land is at location 102.

• 1 Keep
• 4 Occupied lands (all common) (+1 more than expected)
• 14 Magic (a few rare) (+2 more than expected)

Of which

• 1 Plot is Legendary (common)
• 4 Plots are Epic
• 24 Plots are Rare (+4 more than expected)

Not too bad I don't think. While I would have loved a Epic of magic or occupied I still did get a few rare magic and a rare occupied.

My goals with that are to learn from best to worst so legendary then epic then rare and common after.

Leo Threads

Now has a release date which will be the start of next month. I'm not sure exactly will be in it yet but that's only two weeks away and most likely means major adoption for LEO and Hive is on the way. We should be seeing massive amounts of new users and with that a price bump across the board that should stick especially if the ad buy back starts to kick in.

Goals

Hive

Goal: 100,000 Current: 92,502.20 Needed per day 28.94

That's a pretty good push again from week to week. My daily needed per day to hit my goal has reduced by another 1.06 hive per day and I expect this to shrink faster.

Funds have been pulled in a few directions at the moment. With some new games coming out that I wanted to support along with surveying massive amounts of land in Splinterlands I'm happen with how much hive I powered up and bought to power up.

On average we are making about $20 daily in hive through curation and author rewards which isn't huge in terms of dollar wise but it's decent. It puts me around a $7/hour marker at the moment which is far below where I want to be. However it takes time and progress today is goals for tomorrow.

LEO

Goal: 150,000 Current: 116,560.87 With Delegation Without: 86,555

Overall this one moved slower for me this week then I would have liked. I might push the hive goal back and focus on LEO for the next two weeks and really power through it while LEO prices are crazy low compared to where I think they will be when the ad buy back rolls in.

I think I might just do that and delegate more to LEO for the next two weeks and also using some other assets at the end of this month to gobble up a rather large sum of CUB tokens. Those might be my next two moves here today which I'm really thinking through at the moment.

Overall good growth across the board but for sure a lot going out to power the future of passive income in terms of SPS, Splinterlands, LEO and hive. One thing for sure though is passivly we are building much faster and closer to that $100 a day goal.

You know what's really wild is when you start getting large stacks of tokens like Hive and a single penny change in price is now $1,000+ or minus lol.
