Hamster Kombat Are Clicker Games Worth It?

It seems like Hamster Kombat is all the craze lately. These are all Telegram bots that use a style of clicker or some type of scrolling in order to "earn" their token.

With well over 100 million registered accounts, youtube videos that get MILLIONS of views and more this is no small project and is actully something we should look at at least in terms to learn from the launch and get ideas from.

One of the core reasons these types of apps are kicking off big time right now is because of what happened with a pervious one called Notcoin which is currently valued at a little over $0.01. Sure doesn't sound like much until you look into the following...

Notcoin is built on the TON network and is honestly most likely one of the reasons it's gotten so big and become more commonplace of a blockchain people are using.

Notcoin has or had over 30 million users collecting their token from clicking and is now in a new phase that looks like some type of staking reward so if you missed out on the mining aspect of it you now have to buy it off the market from what I can tell.

The Primary Games

This is a list of the current clicker games that seem to have the most attention with one being even larger than that of Notcoin!

Hamster Kombat

Hamster Kombat takes much after Not coin in which you'll be able to click only so many times but the main passive income comes from buying up assets in your company as the CEO hamster. This generates passively for three hours before you have to login again and work the system for the offline earnings to start adding up again.

YesCoin

This is a newer one I ran into but instead of clicking you have to drag your finger around to collect. It's a little harder to earn with this one but that could work to your benefit later on.

MemeFi Coin

MemeFi coin is yes another clicker but it's straight up a clicker with no real passive nature to it again. So there's going to be a lot of clicking in order to earn this one. However that again could be to your benefit.

PixelTap

This one is actully rather interesting to me. Mainly because it's not so much a big tapper but instead a entry point into their larger ecosystem (which I cover a bit below on how Hive could tap into this with a little development work)

Bunny App

This is one of the newest ones I ran into. Again same structure and everything as the rest so you can see from one successful Notcoin launch that legit many of these are now popping up.

It should be noted here that you shouldn't connect your main wallet as there count be security issues that are not seen yet or the possibilities of any one of these not being legitimate.

Hexacoin Clicker

This one is the newest one to me out of the bunch but looks the most promising. I'm still working it out but I think you can even start to claim the tokens right now and deposit them into your TON account.

What Can Be Learned

Honestly if someone built a simple telegram application clicker and instead promoted hive with it and a 2nd layer token on the hive blockchain I could see that being one of the most easiest of ways to onboard millions of people.

Plus it also has working marketing built right into it and revenue based on these platforms creating YouTube videos and then giving a bonus token reward to those that go and watch it. I mean just imagine if one of these youtube videos was monetized and had over 5 million views. I know for sure that would be at least $500 but it could end up being a lot more being that it's not reel format and are main stream videos.

Who knows if any of these will be anything like Notcoin. They could all just fall flat honestly. However the meme coin and lazy to riches has been blowing up. If anything I think the real money here is building a community around your own app and providing value through that including the promotion of your videos.

For example if say 1 million people watched a hive blockchain video even if just a half a percent of them joined hive that would be 5,000 new members which would pretty much double the activity around here.

That being said other applications on top of hive could jump in on this. Say someone builds a Splinterlands tap app with a hive-engine layer two token. That could promote the core Splinterlands game and hive at the same time (now you might need some type of permissions from the Splinterlands team first) but it doesn't have to just be Splinterlands there are many other games or you could create a brand new one.

In business you have to remember. You don't TELL people what they should want you simply give them what they want and are asking for. This is one of those classic cases where I was a was a developer some times.

You've gotten a couple of referrals form this post anyway.
I jumped into a couple of them that i haven't heard of before but hamster is the top imo. It's addictive and fun to move up the ranks.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the tokens form it as there must be some money coming in with all of the users.

Look at all of the memes that exploded. Every bull run has a winner and tap to earn could be it. We just need a few to succeed to take a nice profit.

😂 Thank you! I figured why not add them in if I'm going to be talking about it anyways. I appreciate it.

For sure Hamster has a huge head start on a lot of these others.

Most of the NFT games I played on WAX were just clickers. After a while it got tedious. I've given up on several of them. I don't think they will ever recover, even in the next bull run.

Oh wow bro I personally think clicker games like Hamster Kombat can be fun, but they can also get repetitive quickly. It's really interesting to see how they're leveraging blockchain technology though. I'm curious about the long-term value though

I was talking to @rufans about how hive can actually leverage on the sucesses of some of these telegram applications to actually scale and he thought it was a very good idea. We've had ideas and proposals that never works leeching the DHF
