Ciao Hivers!
I was too curious, so, once I reached Farra di Soligo, I drove up a narrow and sometimes unpaved road that went up a beautiful mountain characterized by deciduous trees and gentle slopes. In this area the hills are often used for the cultivation of vines.

When you see some buildings it means that you have arrived in the village of Collagù, on the left there is a parking lot, then you can continue on foot.
ITA
The name Collagù derives from..."colle a gu" due to the pointed shape of the hill.

After a hundred meters from the parking lot, on the right, there is a small building, the size of a room, where a nice lady sells prosecco wine and more with the possibility of having a small snack.

After a short climb you begin to glimpse the colonnade of the sanctuary.

After a curve you come to the bell tower built together with the church in 1930.

The sanctuary still preserves the remains of Santa Florida and Sant’Emilio.

The fresco on the outer wall and above the columns are interesting.
Unfortunately the buildings cannot be visited, but I believe that the elements of interest are the exteriors.

The columns alternate first smooth and then twisted, with details at the base and capitals, simple but effective.

Then I went out to observe the other buildings and to admire the view from other perspectives.

I tried to continue down the road but found that it only leads to a private villa.
There would be an observatory but while I was there I read that it is abandoned and nothing special.

The view over the hills is very beautiful, there is a sense of absolute peace.
There are no noises of cars or anything, a little oasis of peace.

About fifty meters from the sanctuary, continuing along the other available road, you reach a building that must have once been a museum.
Now it has clear signs of structural failure and is therefore left a little in decay.

I only met a couple of photographers on my way back to the car and the light was so beautiful I couldn't resist and took a couple of photos.

Hello, friend @alequandro
Extraordinary publication.
I loved the photography of such beautiful scenery.
Italy would be one of my favorite destinations, if I could travel.
Seeing so much history captured in magnificent buildings would give me great pleasure.
Thank you for showing so much beauty.
Best regards

Beautiful captures… so many details you saw around you. Stunning…
I also like off the beaten path places, you always see something. Even if it is small, it can be precious for you.
It's just like you say. Even the smallest places hide details and interesting things, you just have to have the passion to notice and appreciate them.
I do… always looking for the details everywhere other people don’t notice… 😉
That's a beautiful and peaceful village @alequandro
I love the view from the village out to the hills.
I'm glad you enjoyed the post, thanks for the nice comment.
This is the kind of Italy I'd love to discover when I have the chance to! Of course, the main cities and sightseeing attractions are a thing but I'm more into places which are not so overcrowded with tourists and this is something that will go on my bucket list for sure ☺️
We are on the same wavelength :) Some tourist places are definitely worth a visit but there is much more to see!
Exactly! Too bad there are only a few who understand this :)
It's true, you're right, maybe because people are getting used to looking at things only superficially, I think, also because of social networks.
Another amazing set of pictures 👍
The vineyard pictures could also be part of a wine advertising brochure. They look so good
Thanks, you are too kind, I'm glad you appreciated.
