Single Prompt Option - The Weekend Freewrite - 1/1/2022

The Weekend Freewrite is a bit different from the Daily Single Prompt. It gives you a chance to catch up.

If you wrote every day, good on you! Now try a different take on a prompt or try to bring all of them into one freewrite. Play and have fun!

Or you can use one of the Three Prompts from the other weekend freewrite and use that as your prompt.

If all fails, go back to the latest pre-1000 day Weekend prompt and find something to your liking.

Prompts

scoundrel
brown eyes
big crowd
dirt on face
badger
the last meal

You know what to do.

  1. Pick a prompt
  2. Set a timer to 5 minutes or use the Most Dangerous Writing App
  3. Write without stopping.
  4. Fix what you feel like fixing
  5. Publish your freewrite
  6. Leave a link in the comments of this post.

There is only one important rule!

Does anyone have a good app for android or windows that acts as a timer for the writing? I downloaded one but they then asked for money once I got it.

You can always use the most dangerous writing app, use your phone timer, or the https://e.ggtimer.com/ all work. Or get yourself one of those sand timers :)
