Saludos amigos.
Comenzaron las lluvias en mi país, aunque en el lugar donde vivo ahora es algo raro que llueva, algunas lloviznas han caído, como algo normal me gusta ver cómo los animales festejan las aguas que caen del cielo, se comportan mas cantores, mas activos, se siente bonito de verdad escucharlos todos alborotados cantando melodías hermosas.
Hace unos días mi hijo me escribe contándome que una ranita apareció en su puerta, era común en esa zona a estas alturas que los sapitos y ranitas comenzaran a aparecer, este evento fue el que me inspiró a dibujar este personaje.
Me gustan mucho las ranitas y los sapitos, sobre todo los que son de razas pequeñas como los que conozco como sapitos de jardín que son muy pequeñitos y tienen un croar nocturno muy hermoso, mi madre me contaba que tienen ese nombre porque es común verlos en el jardín, de hecho hay personas que los compran para tenerlo alli ya que atraen la buena suerte.

The rains started in my country, although in the place where I live now is something rare that it rains, some drizzles have fallen, as something normal I like to see how the animals celebrate the waters that fall from the sky, they behave more singing, more active, it feels really nice to hear them all excited singing beautiful melodies.
A few days ago my son wrote to me telling me that a little frog appeared at his door, it was common in that area at this time that frogs and toads began to appear, this event was what inspired me to draw this character.
I really like frogs and toads, especially those of small breeds like the ones I know as garden toads that are very tiny and have a very beautiful night croaking, my mother told me that they have that name because it is common to see them in the garden, in fact there are people who buy them to have them there because they attract good luck.

Al principio había dibujado al personaje en un escenario hogareño, una pared donde en una repisa habían plantas suculentas y cactus, y un paraguas, sin embargo cuando pasé al linear, pude ver que me llevaría demasiado tiempo y no consideraba que combinara muy bien con el tema del estanque, por lo cual continué con la idea de las regaderas que para hacer la hoja fue bastante sencilla, pintar una hoja normal y luego con el borrador hacerle los cortes de la hoja, me gusta mucho este tipo e enredadera por la forma de las hojas, es por ello que siempre la estoy dibujando. Solo hizo falta hacer una para reproducirla y colocarla en los diferentes lugares ajustando su posición y tamaño.
Estuvo un poco complicado esto, no sabía qué hacer primero entonces decidí hacerle la base de los ojos y labios para continuar con el sombreado de piel en aerografía.

At first I had drawn the character in a home setting, a wall where on a shelf there were succulent plants and cactus, and an umbrella, however when I went to the linear, I could see that it would take too much time and I did not consider that it would combine very well with the theme of the pond, so I continued with the idea of the watering cans that to make the leaf was quite simple, paint a normal leaf and then with the eraser make the cuts of the leaf, I really like this type and vine for the shape of the leaves, that's why I'm always drawing it. It was only necessary to make one to reproduce it and place it in the different places adjusting its position and size.
This was a bit complicated, I didn't know what to do first so I decided to make the base of the eyes and lips to continue with the airbrush skin shading.

El procedimiento de matizar el cabello no me lleva mucho tiempo gracias a mi pincel pelo que cada día perfecciono más su técnica y de todo el diseño es la parte que mas me gusta hacer.
Después de allí salté a las hojas, me arrepentí mucho no haber hecho una y reproducirla ya terminada con todo sombreado y detalles, por lo cual tuve que trabajar una a una, al final pasé el pincel pelo para hacer vetas en las hojas y me encantó el resultado.
El sombreado de la ropa fue elaborado en aerografía y mi pincel pelo en tonos degradados.
Creo que me salté algunos pasos porque luego, con la experiencia de las hojas, hice el ojo del sapito con la intención de reproducirlo.

The procedure of shading the hair does not take me much time thanks to my hair brush that every day I perfect its technique more and more and of all the design is the part that I like to do the most.
After that I jumped to the leaves, I regretted not having made one and reproduce it already finished with all shading and details, so I had to work one by one, at the end I passed the hair brush to make streaks in the leaves and I loved the result.
The shading of the clothes was done in airbrush and my hair brush in gradient tones.
I think I skipped some steps because later, with the experience of the leaves, I made the eye of the toad with the intention of reproducing it.

El sapito de gorro es el siguiente en aplicarle los detalles, copio el ojo y lo coloco en el otro lugar correspondiente, aplico aerografía en varios tonos en degradado y parece mentira que con pocas pinceladas le di vida a algo tan cute.
Apliqué unas gotas o burbujas con aerografía para sombrear.
Al final dejé los ojos y los labios, ya que estaba muy indecisa o insegura esta vez, sin embargo me gustó todo el conjunto.

The little cap toad is the next one to apply the details, I copy the eye and place it in the other corresponding place, I apply airbrush in various shades in gradient and it seems incredible that with a few brushstrokes I gave life to something so cute.
I applied a few drops or bubbles with airbrush to shade.
At the end I left the eyes and lips, as I was very hesitant or unsure this time, however I liked the whole set.
