Antipolo City Annual Festival Grand Parade With Giants

Every year on the 8th of December Antipolo City celebrates the festival to honor the Immaculate Conception with festival grand parade celebrated every 7th of December one day before the fiesta. Last year on December 07, 2024, I personally went to the parade to watch and film the whole event to share with of all you how amazing and fun the fiesta in our town. Most of the public and private schools from primary to secondary joined the parade because there was a battle for drum and lyre after the parade and they won the battle and won a prize.

We always watching the annunal festival grand parade because it's really fun and we can hear different kinds of melodies and sounds from the drum and lyre. But last year personally go to the starting point of the parade to film the whole event and it so amazing. You can watch the whole video down below. The festival's grand parade starts in Ynares Center all of the participants are there. The parade starts at 8 o'clock in the morning and luckily I was already there before the parade started. The Giant disguises like a Santa Claus together with the other Giants is on the frontline they are the first ones who walk into the parade.

A long legged elves and an elf riding a unicycle and I think that is not so easy to do because there is no handlebar they perfectly do a great job.

The first drums and lyres performed in the parade. I don't know which school they belong to, but they are all really good.

This group of kids performed in the parade they were all wearing the color white and I don't remember which school they belonged to.

A batch of drums and lyres kids playing their instruments and I must say that drummer boy is really good.

Those all beautiful ladies are the candidates in Mutya ng Antipolo City and representatives of their Barangay.

Those ladies and gentlemen are the representatives of Jollibee one of the famous fast food in the Philippines.
