It's been more than a month since I have resumed physical activity to my daily routine and yesterday I was able to do a great walk of more than an hour taking advantage of the time I have left between my oldest daughter's entrance and exit time to acrobatics in fabric.

Hace ya más de un mes que he reanudado la actividad física a mi rutina diaria y el día de ayer pude hacer una gran caminata de más de una hora aprovechando el tiempo que me queda entre el horario de entrada y horario de salida de mi hija mayor a acrobacias en tela.

Very close to the club my daughter attends, there is a very nice promenade next to a stream that runs through the city, which is usually full of people doing physical activity, because of the beautiful environment we find there.

Muy cerca del club al cual asiste mi hija hay un muy lindo paseo al lado de un arroyo que pasa por la ciudad en el cual suele llenarse de personas realizando actividad física, por el lindo entorno que encontramos allí.

Maybe because of the time of the year we are in, in which the nights are very cold with temperatures close to 0ºC, it is not the best time to go for a walk, but between sitting in the car and going for a walk, I choose to stay active and take advantage of that dead time left during the acrobatics class.

Quizá por la época del año en la que estamos, en la cual las noches son muy frías con temperaturas cercanas a los 0ª C, no sea el mejor horario para salir a caminar, pero entre quedarme sentado en el auto y salir a caminar, opto por mantenerme activo y aprovechar ese tiempo muerto que queda durante la clase de acrobacias.

Last night the weather was very cold and cloudy which can be reflected in the gray sky. We have been having a lot of rain for more than a week now and for the last few days we have barely been able to see a ray of sunshine breaking through the clouds.

Ayer por la noche el clima estaba muy frío y nublado lo cual puede verse reflejado en el gris del cielo. hace más de una semana que estamos con mucha lluvia y durante los últimos días apenas hemos podido ver algún rayo de sol atravesando las nubes.

For the next few days they have given a good weather forecast and surely this place will be much more crowded than yesterday. Let's hope so because tomorrow we have acrobatics classes again and it would be good to have better weather conditions.

Para los próximos días han dado buen pronóstico del clima y seguramente este lugar estará mucho más concurrido que el día de ayer. Esperemos que así sea por que mañana tiene clases de acrobacias nuevamente y sería bueno contar con mejores condiciones del clima.
