Today in the Alive community we stake alive tokens and power up our Alive wallets.

Busy Tuesday

I was in a rush this morning after my grand daughter was running late for us to go to her school but we made it just on time.

After which i had to rush off to see a customer and then see a client right after which took up most my morning.

I decided to take the wife to a local cafe for lunch.

It is called The Roade House and is a yoga cafe.

I took a few pictures while we waited for food and the wife had to take a call.

Once the wife (Lyndsey) came back our food was ready, Lyndsey ordered some poached eggs as she is on a slimming world diet.

I went for the Roade House Beef Burger meal

After we finished our drinks and headed home, i then took my dog Bella out for a walk around the area.

After the walk i picked up my grand daughter from school and then spent some time with my youngest daughter before getting some online work completed.

I have decided i need more day 🤣

I did also manage to open some packs of cards from the @risingstargame.

The Risingstar Game is a really awesome game here on Hive that does not take up a lot of time to play.

It is an interactive faucet passive game in nature.

HMPV: Unnecessary panic or another pandemic?

A virus is gaining much attention lately. It’s called HMPV (human metapneumovirus). China being the initial place of the surge of this viral illness, people are in fear of experiencing another pandemic! Even though China attributed this surge to a yearly winter surge, people aren’t at ease! The WHO also hasn’t warned us about it! However, it’s advisable to approach this viral illness similarly to other viral infections (wearing musk, avoiding hand shaking, touching suspected virus-laden objects, etc).

It’s not a new virus. It's been in existence for at least 6 decades. It’s a norm to have a spike of this virus every winter and spring.

Like other viral illnesses, the disease starts with a cold, stuffy nose, and fever. In some individuals (children, elderly, or immunocompromised), pneumonia or bronchitis may complicate this condition. Usually, a person starts developing symptoms within 3-6 days of contracting the virus.

Currently, there are no vaccines available against this virus.
