Balancing Holiday and Work

Holiday are always a Joy to everyone working and having a Job. To Business people like me or let me say an Entrepreneur who is Managing his own Job, he or she might find it difficult to enjoy holidays like every other 9 to 7 workers.
Taking myself as an example, everyday is a work day, but I can actually choose anyday as a free day or Holiday. This is because of the nature of My Work as An Agent banker and Customer Retention Officer. We work almost every day and even on Sundays. Here is one of the reason why I majorly don't have that special kind of feeling for holidays generally.

I remembered Last year Holidays experience during Christmas.
Christmas has always been one of my favourite time of the year, this is because of many great Get togetherness,the food, the joyful atmosphere and Fellowship.

So yeah Christmas is always fun and exciting, my staffs in shop were all given Holiday on the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but they all insisted on Coming to office even on the day of Christmas, I tried all my best to talk them out of still coming even on the Eve of Christmas and Christmas day, I had no choice than to declare that they all will share the profit of the day. After leaving the office, I reached home, it's not more than 30minutes of resting, more than seven people brought meals for me, funny enough I cooked, Jollof rice and two chicken, it was overwhelmingly beautiful. But all this awesome experience didn't really last long, this is because my workers exhaust the Trading Money, so I have to go out and source for money.
This was just how busy it also get on Christmas.
Last year Christmas experience was nice but I want to limit work during the holidays and try to spend more time with my loved ones.

What are the Things I would love to do differently for this year's Christmas day.

One major thing I would do on Christmas day or New year is spend more time with my love ones, for this reason, I would put my phone on silent mode, I will try to limit the calls I receive, my workers would have been informed beforehand also social media is always a distraction, I would reduce my screen time too.
This would help me have more time with people that took their time to visit me, and share gifts too.

Life is too short, sometimes we just need to enjoy ourselves, it's not always about money, I will take time to buy a lot of gift and food items that I can give to people around me, of course my parents are the number one people I will send money and gifts to.

In summary: My Holiday will begin on 24th of this December, hopefully I will enjoy more time with my love ones and share love to people all around me.
