Hello my beautiful people, lovers of the caffeinated beverage, happy weekend and blessings to all of you in this coffee conversation, I responded to this week's theme.
Well yes, I have special cups for my relatives, my husband is one of them, his cup is the gray color, the other relatives are the brown ones, the friends the blue ones and the strangers the plastic ones White .
I only accept that my children only use ceramic or glass cups, I have not let them use plastic ones for a long time, unless they are cold drinks.
Obviously mine is 😍

Since I found out that plastic cups are harmful, I don't use them for our family. I plan to change them and buy some cups Of ceramics for our visitors, of an average size 😁

amiga you have a wide range of cups, all beautiful but I loved the little aluminum pitcher, at my grandmother's house all the kids had one of different colors and we sat on the stairs overlooking the courtyard to drink coffee water and bread, I love those memories, ❤️.

Everyone has their own mug.
I made this cute mug for my sister who loves pandas. She can come to visit us once a year so when we have her at home we try to make her feel comfortable.
This mug represents a lot to us as sisters, it is a symbol of how much we love each other.
On the other hand, my mother visits us. When she comes she likes a hearty cup where she can drink as much coffee as she wants without pouring more than once. So she has her white cup.
I also have my own mugs at my mother's and sister's houses... so when I go there I feel calm and happy because they keep my things with love.
I loved the cups, they are a good size, ideal I would say, to drink coffee and stay satisfied 🥰.
It is very nice when we have small spaces in the home of our loved ones. The cup is one of them.

Every time my sisters come to visit, I feel a great joy; and although sharing one or several cups of coffee is a tradition, the truth is that I don't take special care in which cup I'll use for each one.
However, I can tell you that there's a pewter cup that my sister Adriana takes great pleasure in using. So when there are many of us for coffee time, I reserve this cup for her.
My three sisters are especially dear to me, especially because since I am the youngest of the children, I could see in them a great emotional support and camaraderie, which was very valuable to me during my adolescence, since between them and me there are the two boys that complete the sextet. Growing up as the younger sister of two boys is not easy; I had to learn to assert my will and my ideas not without much effort; my sisters were crucial for me in this regard.
I bought two of them in a little shop downtown about 30 years ago. I still have them.
How nice that you have kept those mugs for more than 30 years, very nice that relationship between sisters, sharing a coffee I'm sure is a super special moment.Nice weekend 🤗☕

Friends, I hadn't seen one for years, they remind me of my visits to some relatives and friends in the upper part of my municipality Bolívar and the neighboring Mejía, There, most of the time, they gave you coffee in those beautiful cups, by the way, they retain heat very well and your coffee is always hot 🥰

Greetings friends, coffee lovers. Coffee is something special in the lives of most Venezuelans. We enjoy visiting others and being received with a good coffee. When we receive visitors there will always be at least one coffee to enjoy. My sister-in-law and her husband love coffee as much as we do, although for health reasons they consume it in a limited way, that's why they gave us a collection of small coffee cups (the last one in the photo) because in their town they are typical craftsmen and so they have a precise measure to avoid overconsumption of coffee when they are visiting. The coffee cup in the center is the one we all normally use at home and the first one is special for me as it can hold a lot of liquid without being too heavy. We all have a favorite mug even if it's a thousand years old with us. 🤗

Today I come with my participation in the conversation of the week of our beloved coffee group.
In the house, my mother has her cups for the views, the red ones are for the children and visitors that come from time to time. The porcelain ones are for special moments and for the people closest to the family, among them are, uncles, sisters-in-law, beloved cousins, etc.
It is very nice when the family comes to visit, it gives a new air to the day. The coffees start to go from cup to cup regardless of the material or the design of the cup, the important thing is to enjoy the ephemeral company, which although it is only for a moment, brings a lot of joy to the home.👥

As you can see, there are two cups in white and blue. I used it when I like a cup of tea after taking a nap. The one with polka dots is a keepsake from a family friend with coffee shop. She gives us mugs every Christmas along with their calendars for the coming year.
The white one is a labelled with Starbucks' logo which was already erased due to long years of usage.:) It was a Christmas gift from my youngest son and I love to use it because of course, it was given by him.
The next is my daughter's coffee mug. Actually they're a pair. One for her and one for her hubby. They take their coffee together before they go to their respective working places. They prefer the 3-in-1 instant coffee due to time pressure though they like to share when I prepare my native brewed coffee!
The LV mug was a gift from my daughter's bff. I like to use it when I use brewed coffee.
And the last but not the least, is my jumbo mug! I mix my brewed coffee with heavy cream and I want it full because it will be by my side whenever I do long hours of work in front of my computer when I draft my research for my clients or whenever I stay overnight sewing the band uniforms of one of the schools in our locality. Yes guys, I am a good seamstress too. I do a packagedeal in band uniforms and this time, they called me again for another set for their band competition. Therefore, this jumbo mug will be my 'assistant' for longer nights!
Indeed, Coffee is life! Lol!
