Monochrom - In search of life.

Any search is a task with many variables, which should be solved by the one who undertook this work.

Sometimes, even on a planet that is teeming with life, it is very difficult to find manifestations of it, especially when everything around is ice-bound.

Trees, devoid of foliage and dry grass, along the banks of a small stream, at this time of the year bear little resemblance to what we used to call the word - life.

I walked along the stream, hoping to find a seed of new life that would explode this icy space.

And now, after walking a hundred steps, I saw what I was looking for, the variables found their place in the system of equations, and I was able to see the result of my search.

Green sprouts of primroses tore apart the frozen soil, pushed aside the remnants of dry reeds and jumped out towards the rising sun.

At such moments, you feel like a pioneer, a rover who found a new microbe on the surface of Mars, a conqueror of Everest, a prospector of the Mariana Trench.
