BEAUTIFUL SUNDAY - SunBathing In The Garden

I slept earlier last night but I woke up earlier at dawn. I want to sleep again but I couldn't . So took my bath before the sunrise and done prayers and done manifestation. I wrote blog and did my commenting. Still sleepless, my eyes want to relax to sleep, force closing it create pain and my mind is awake. So , I did some of my daily task at home feeding the birds , the cats and water the plant.

I am not yet contented on what I doing, I want my body to feel tired so I decided sun bathing at 6 to 8 am. I drag the red carpet and takaya under the olive between the lemon tree. Blacky is there with me. My boss are sleeping and they never know what I am doing. So enjoy my company with Blacky.

I am lying down under the olive and lemon tree facing the sun as it rising slowly.

It was a little cloudy and the sun was slightly covered by the clouds just like our life sometimes, it quickly changed.

I planted, alugbati, kangkong and camote for everytime I want soup vegetable with fish, I could have it.

Blacky behaved properly and I noticed her eating bila-bila,paragis weeds so it means to say it is a herbal. Once you see the cat eating a grass, try to eat or boil it and drink the water.

At last I saw the new Kitten of Black, They are 3 all black kittens.

I keep mysf under the sun from 6 to 8 am enough for a good penetration of the Vitamin D to me. For our bones , the sun rays at 6 to 8 is a good source of Vitamin D and it is needed to a new born baby and elderly.

I have vitamin but I want organic and I am still drive king it everyday. Tomorrow, I will be going to the hospital for my monthly visit. Ialsi have back pain at the back part of my ribs in left side. It is better to have check up to know what something wrong and what should I do to prevent it. I not afraid going to the hospital even if I am alone.
