     Week in and week out the overall engagement in this community really impresses me. It has been a while since I checked the PeakD community stats, but would you believe the ASEAN Hive Community is now the 12th ranked community according to "average post payout per and #13 on Hive.Blog, although I don't know what metrics Hive.Blog sorts communities by. Either way I think that's reason to celebrate, we're obviously doing something right.

     I have barely been posting at all lately from my personal profile, but I've been making sure to maintain high engagement in the community, still reading and commenting on every single post. Once back in Cambodia I think I will feel inspired to start creating fresh and interesting Hive content again, but my time here in the US is busy, stressful, and with difficult access to a proper Hive workstation with WiFi.

     I think engagement has been the backbone of the rise to ASEAN Hive's success, so I only hope we can keep it up. The whales will continue to look for high-quality original content in this community as long as we keep doing our best, and as long as I take the time to mute spammers, plagiarists, and post dumpers. I almost forgot to mention the six ASEAN Hivers featured this curation are here because of their outstanding engagement, but I assume you all already know that.

     Shoutout to @wil.metcalfe and his project @comet.ranker, which is focused on supporting, rewarding, and encouraging engagement on Hive in general. If you have some spare HP to delegate, this is a worthy project.
