Psyber X - Your chance at the "Limited" Land Grab

We have some exciting news today! @psyberx has released their LAND presale! This is THE opportunity to carve out your spot for the new up and coming #play2earn game with the same name Psyber X. Many of us, myself included, missed this opportunity with games such as Splinterlands and League of Kingdoms and if you look at those games and others not mentioned Land is absolutely the most critical investment into these games you can make.
The Deal:
Right now, total land sales are capped at either a full sell out of 10k plots and will stop at the time of market release regardless of the number of sales.
So what does it take to get your piece? Either 100 Hive/HBD OR 250 USDT.
Quite the pricing difference but for any of you guys dealing with ETH based tokens you'll know just to send that USDT will cost you significant gas fees.
As you can see in the graphic these land plots also come with 2 limited edition NFTs 'The Juggernaut' and 'No Remorse'.

Congrats! I'm sure this will pay off for you. I see the two powerups via the NFTs as massive game changers for those that have them once the game is live.
You're probably right. I've never been one for first person shooters (except old school Halo for some reason) so I'll probably end up selling the powerups at some point but the idea that I can open a market on my land is one that I'm totally into.
This game could be huge if everything aligns. I can't believe we get to be this early.

I am excited about the land but probaby will not make it to the land baron title. Cant wait to put out some crazy art on my land plot. It would be amazing if I could put a billboard there to promote my website for example.
From what I'm gathering based on the AMA, that is actually a real possibility. My understanding is that land will actually represent real space that you can more or less do what you want with.
That said, there is a difference between generic land plots and commercial plots though I believe the details are still being fine tuned.
