After four years I was still a little fish. At first I had a simple goal with a plan that is not too different from everyone else. Averaging one post a week it was slow growing, almost frustrating as my long going attempt to achieve a $0.03 upvote kept slipping away every time I came close. From 2017 to 2021 the token price steadily declined. Cannibalizing my Steem account helped little following the Hive exodus. It was really a terrible moving target and goal.
Year five, 2021, was different and the Crypto gods finally smiled on me.

It's now been over a year ago since I had gloriously divested out of an old wallet of Dogecoin and spread the new boon of fresh capital into the cryptoverse.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Hive coin laid the four corners of the foundation of a decent portfolio I set out to achieve. It was a ridiculously far goal but that achievement came far sooner than I thought.

As you can see, I'm now a HODLer of the senior coins.

At that time, Hive was mysteriously languishing between $0.12 to $0.20 and I made good the opportunity to power up from a sickly little Red fish into a solid Dolphin before the magic wore off.

The reallocation was completed with some profit taken off the table in the form of precious metals as the cherry on top. Another significant personal goal achieved.

All this attributed to the chance alignment of two stars; Elon Musk's boost of the worthless meme coin and what I believe is Justin Sun's fat finger on the Steem and Hive exchange market scales before being politely promoted off his position into a paid vacation on the Cayman Islands.

Since then, I have added a few more alt coins. Coins to spice up the portfolio. Well, the market's general decline didn't do my portfolio any good in terms of value dollar wise, but I'd rather now focus on the quantity of coin. And as we now know, LUNC was a total dud. Acceptable loses, no big deal.

It was hilarious as someone who purchased tens of thousands of these kneecapped LUNC coins only to airdrop them on Discord. Equally hilarious was the Exchange's surprise multiple choice skill testing questions to remind everyone of the limits of their liability before allowing me to resume access to the Luna trade windows. My decision, my responsibility. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Until the Devs could do anything about it, I usually keep a few hundred Hive in the exchange to trade. And shamelessly take advantage of those Korean Hive/HBD pumps then transferring some over for #hivepowerupday. Meanwhile, I will buy up cheaper Hive and wait for the next pump.



Anyways, It feels good to have a more substantial $0.29 100% upvote after my first three years of Dust Value voting. So my next goal will be to build up a $0.50 100% Upvote value.😜

I may just as well admit there is a little bit of a gambler in me. To experience a thrill as I click the buy or sell button on the exchanges. Still, dumb luck can't take the place of knowledge, research, and watching the trends like a hawk.

Well, it is exciting still! Me, I aim to hodl the LOH tokens till it is the right time to sell.
The other cryptos... well, I am on hodl too! Perhaps in two years it would change. In the meantime, I continue to stack.

I am hoping to get a bit of insight and opinions regarding LADY tokens from among the participants. Feedback from the user base on what can add value, Suggestions on what can be built into our Token.

Would it be tradable for in the future for "Ladies of Hive" Swag off a LOH website; LOH Branded T-shirts, Coffee mugs, Stationary, chocolates, choice of LOH Napa Valley Red or white Wine, fragrances, lip stick, cosmetics, fashionable matching handbag and shoes, tickets to visit the LOH Headquarters in Honolulu Hawaii, etc.
I may be getting a bit ahead of the curve here.
But you know, stuff like that.

Here is my guess....

The label on the Litecoin is incorrect.
It says 🔎MS66🔍 That stands for Morgan Dollars not Litecoin @kerrislravenhill

I actually own more than 10 Litecoin and they're in another wallet. It's the coin I used most for shopping with retailers that accept Crypto as payment. It verifies transactions faster at a much lower fee.

BTC, ETH, LTC and Hive will be my foundation.
I do have others like Dogecoin, Litecoin Cash, and a smattering of newer alts.
This is my idea of a diversified portfolio next to my Precious metals stack. I think the proportions may be a bit tilted to BTC but I am satisfied should a general rise in the Crytoverse is expected to re-balance that.
BTW, I hang around LeoFinance too.

You have inspired me on my investment plans. Well I sometime ago invested in eos but currently the market isn't stable. But weather men do take risk than women in crypto investment I cannot tell but every investor in the crypto community watches out for risk. You know what I mean getting your eyes on screen always so as to avoid stories that touches the heart.
I like the adjective you used "crypto gods"

I do have a little bit of EOS in my Discord Wallet given to me by a friend who swore by it and TLOS, but I never got around to reading the latest White Paper. I may just transfer it for the Hive Engine equivalent SWAP.EOS token. The "Crypto gods" are as fickle as the Greek gods and they don't take things personal, you win some, you lose some.

There were times I felt like walking away but my network of friends pulled me back, and that speaks for the awesome support people here.
Hive is a great place to build digital capital in crypto assets, develop good writing skills and learn from the experiences others.
There's no comparison to any other I can find.

I like Hive but I decided it would be better to diversify into other Crypto with a long history. That is why I chose BTC, ETH, LTC and Hive as my foundation.
The remaining alt currencies are what spices up the overall portfolio. Higher risk, better payoff and I am not too worried if any of these fail.

LOH like many other Hive Engine side chain is a niche token and their value will ultimatley depend on mass adoption of Hive. We have a great ecosystem and vibrant community economy yet Hive gets little recognition among the thousands of crypto in the market. If we can only get Elon Musk to promote Hive!
For now it is by word of mouth.

The Satori poker chip is a product out of Japan that holds a 0.001 BTC pre-forked. That is, I can claim the equivalent proportion of BTC gold, BTC silver, and BCH. I won this on an Instagram Drawing. Apparently has a Collectors value too selling for as much as $100. I can imagine a Poker table full of these.

Diversification is always good; hence the saying of not having all of your eggs in one basket. That's how folks can get into trouble. We tend to have it spread around just a little.

MS66 is a mark denoting mint state. A Litecoin round is not a numismatic coin.😁

Litecoin has been around for a while. Reliable, fast verification, and my favorite spending crypto. I have another 10 LTC in another wallet I never got to spend.

Oh I remember the old days at one point I had an upvote power over a dollar but it was short lived I also had a lot more powered up back then, my goal is to build up to a 1000 hive power so I can better contribute to #silvergoldstackers community

I understand that many Gals in Nigeria, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and many places all over the world depend on Hive to improve their quality of life. The Hive platform meets the needs, regardless of those critical of Hive sellers.
Rather than just sitting on a pile of coin, I like to power up more and be proactive in supporting those whose lives are constrained by economic, cultural, traditional and religious practices.
Hive is the right place for us to do that.

Hive did go under $0.10.
It was painful to see.
Lot of members abandoned Hive.
I recall trading my Dogecoin for 2K Hive at $0.15 each summer 2021.

I am a trader, a noob one..I lost a lot, but still trying to recoup my losses.. I did diversify my crypto.. My losses are mostly in trading, as well as holding 🤣.. I'm hesitant to sell sometimes, then when prices dropped, I will only regret it, lol..
I also have some hive for trading on Binance 😊.. My LOH tokens is on buy order on hive engine after selling 🙈.. i put them to trading as well..hoping to accumulate more through it..

The Raven Cameo is Victorian styled jewelry. It's not like the other items but it identifies the picture as my style.
I've made some trading errors too, taken in by a scam, and a Rug pull, all totaling a few thousand $$$ in losses. Plus spending BTC when I should have HODLed it then I would be looking even better. (Face palm)

Tho I don't know much about this coins you talked about, but I see that it pays in the end with consistency patience and high spirit and it's worth giving it a trial

This is the cool thing about being longer in the trading game. The stories you collect from having good finds not because you 'thought it through so well' but you just happened to try out something at the right time and place.

I had a super nice airdrop from also blogging on another platform which gave rewards out in Ampleforth and the airdrop came from just 'owning' these tokens. Gotta have some luck sometimes so yes....to me it makes sense to also try other tokens..

and yeah...also the luna crisis hurted here...ouchhhh

I was having a hard time trying to understand the first question but them I remembered you might have made an entry and I decided to stop by and yes, my answer was lying somewhere on your post.

I've heard some things about steemit and I've come to realize that it was really hard getting votes compared to hive and that's why I always respect people that I see that came from steemit but you have one of the stories that makes me want to explore more about the crypto sphere.

I love your determination, your enthusiasm and your burning desire to make progress every time and it's very obvious that your hard work paid off in the end and it's still paying off.

Now that I've come to understand the question, I will give it a go but too sadly, I don't know much about crypto but I deal with it so I will just have to share my limited knowledge and experience with you and others and I hope to get some really good lectures if you don't mind.

Thank you for being so kind and making us give answers to these beautiful topics, now I'm really sure we will get along well, I love being around people that love moving even when they don't see any path.

Great story! I remember how hard it was to start on Steemit. I went through disappointment/interest, demotivation/motivation, hope, etc while I was learning, investigating, and meeting new people. But the lesson learned is 'never give up'.

Thanks for sharing your story. I think it can be a great motivation and guide for newcomers.
