Running a subsistence really pays : my experience as a farmer

Running a subsistence farming really pays. It gives you avenue to get fresh vegetables and fruits from the farm.

Yesterday I went to the market to some foods to cook and since mg vegegables are old I decided to buy some vegetables from the market. When I got to the place all the vegetable were all old and can't even buy it even there are seed there. The look of the vegetables are not good at all.

I thought to myself i should have planted before the other ones got old and finished.
What later did was that i went to my farm cut different variety of vegetables and what i got was more than enough. I know different vegetables have their different uses and vitamins so i got different vitamins in one food.
