Hoy quiero compartir el dia tan lindo que pase ayer martes.
La dirección de mi centro de trabajo reservo un almuerzo para todas las mujeres por la celebración del día 8 de marzo, Dia Internacional de la Mujer, en un ranchón llamado Santa Coloma, perteneciente a la empresa CUPET, en el municipio de Guanabacoa.

Today I want to share the beautiful day I spent yesterday, Tuesday.
The management of my work center reserved a lunch for all the women for the celebration of March 8th, International Women's Day, in a ranchón called Santa Coloma, belonging to the CUPET company, in the municipality of Guanabacoa.
Beautiful facility with gardens around it.
El almuerzo consistió en arroz moros, ropa vieja, pure de malanga y ensalada de col encurtida.
Muy bien elaborada.
Lunch consisted of arroz moros, ropa vieja, pure de malanga and pickled cabbage salad.
Very well prepared.
Y como postre, un cremoso y delicioso helado con sabor a plátano.
And for dessert, a creamy and delicious banana-flavored ice cream.
Había música grabada y algunas tiramos algún que otro pasillo.
Fue un dia muy bien disfrutado y para recordar.
There was recorded music and some of us threw the occasional aisle.
It was a very enjoyable day and one to remember.
