Disfrutando de una rica cena en #BuffaloRibs 🥩🍷 [ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos, feliz fin de semana! Espero que se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un lindo día. Les cuento que hoy, después de algún tiempo decidí junto a Fer salir y tener una pequeña cita en un restaurante que nos gusta mucho el cual se llama "Buffalo Ribs".

La verdad es que al principio dudamos un poco en salir ya que estamos en fecha de carnavales, sin embargo, estábamos un poco aburridos de estar en casa y a demás queríamos cenar algo rico. Por lo que al llegar al lugar vimos que aunque estaba un poco lleno habían mesas disponibles, así que una vez que escogimos la mesa tomaron nuestro pedido el cual constaba de una copa de sangría y una cerveza Stella y como plato fuerte optamos por una steak pimienta y una baby beef.

Mientas llegaba nuestra orden tomé algunas fotos ya que me gustó la decoración de carnaval que tenían, a demás de que quería tener algunas fotos de recuerdo con Fer. La comida duró algún tiempo en llegar, sin embargo, no fue tanto. Debo admitir que mi steak pimienta estaba increíble, tenía queso parmesano por encima a parte de que también pude sentirle algunos champiñones y su toque picante estaba justo como me gusta, sin duda la disfruté; esta vino acompañada con unos palitos de yuca fritos y ensalada. Por otra parte,a baby beef de Fer también estaba muy rica aunque sentimos que mi opción estuvo mejor.

Aunque la sangría estaba deliciosa creo que hubiese quedado mejor con las frutas un poco más grandes, de resto todo estuvo increíble. La verdad es que fue una salida corta pero que sin duda disfrutamos, al final pagamos un total de $137.500 pesos colombianos ($33.22 Dólares) incluyendo propina. Hello friends, happy weekend! I hope you are well and that you had a nice day. I tell you that today, after some time I decided with Fer to go out and have a little date in a restaurant that we like a lot which is called "Buffalo Ribs".

The truth is that at first we were a little hesitant to go out since it was carnival time, however, we were a little bored of being at home and we also wanted to have something delicious for dinner. So when we arrived at the place we saw that although it was a little crowded there were tables available, so once we chose the table they took our order which consisted of a glass of sangria and a Stella beer and as a main course we opted for a pepper steak and a baby beef.

While our order was arriving I took some pictures as I liked the carnival decorations they had, plus I wanted to have some souvenir pictures with Fer. The food took some time to arrive, however, it wasn't that long. I must admit that my pepper steak was amazing, it had parmesan cheese on top and I could also taste some mushrooms and its spicy touch was just the way I like it, I certainly enjoyed it; it came with some fried yucca sticks and salad. On the other hand, Fer's baby beef was also very tasty although we felt that my choice was better.

Although the sangria was delicious I think it would have been better if the fruits were a little bigger, otherwise everything was amazing. The truth is that it was a short outing but we certainly enjoyed it, in the end we paid a total of $137,500 Colombian pesos ($33.22 USD) including tip.
