[Food Photography and Recipe] A Mini Budget Meal and Exploring The Healing Power of Food
Every food always has the power to cure a health disorder in the body and psychologically if consumed at the right dose, not excessive, and consumed in fresh conditions.
Without looking for far-reaching things to look for examples of the power of food as medicine, we can see the basic benefits of food as a basic necessity that keeps human alive.
Overcoming hunger is the most important part of helping the physical and psychological effects of harm when a person lacks the nutritious content of the food.
Stomach Can Bring Big Problems
Organs in the inside of the stomach can cause serious diseases that come from lack of food or not routine to eat every day. Call it stomach acid, for example, at the worst level can cause death because it has attacked the heart.
Not only digestive problems, but the stomach of a person who cannot meet their dietary needs can also cause a bad psychological effect.
Someone is willing to do anything to be able to meet food needs and calm the stomach in a food crisis.
Selfishness, greed, all of that comes from the fear of not being able to fulfill enough daily food needs.
On the other hand, a person's desire to eat expensive foods that cannot be obtained can trigger jealousy and increase stress in a person.
Lifestyle Changes Decrease The Value Of The Healing Power of Food
Basically, food is indeed a natural medicine for the body. Herbs and spices that are used to create good taste in food ingredients also have the benefits of natural medicine.
Modern lifestyle changes reduce the health value of food. The lifestyle that wants to be practical and fast-paced makes many people want to enjoy instant food.
Decreasing factors in food health benefits are derived from:
- The current level of the busyness of modern humans, accompanied by feeling lazy to prepare home-cooked food because it is considered a waste of time.
- Store as much food ingredients as they can so cooking is easier and faster and saves time because it doesn't shop for groceries.
- Food is no longer fresh, contains preservatives.
That is why you need arrangements for processing the foods you want to consume if you want to start a healthy lifestyle. Because all of that is from food.
Make a Fresh Food Source from Your Garden
Instead of storing food in the form of packs containing preservatives, try to find solutions to make vegetable gardens and farm animals around your residence.
You can start learning to grow green vegetables and poultry to be consumed.
The changing climate is a heavy obstacle to keeping plants in your garden. Likewise, taking care of your livestock.
Healthy living originating from home-cooked food is indeed a difficult choice in today's modernization and urban times. Green land as a source of natural food ingredients is increasingly difficult to find.
But humans always learn new things every day to solve problems. We can certainly learn quickly to save the source of food that lives and fresh in our homes.
Fried Eggs With Soy Sauce Recipe
After talking about the healing power of food, now is the time for me to present you a simple recipe that is very mini-budget, but no doubt about its health.
I use duck eggs from my own livestock. This is certainly to guarantee a more natural egg. Chicken and duck eggs that are sold on the market are usually mixed with more chemicals to increase the seller's profits.
Check out the simple recipes that are my fav recipe that save money, and also delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 duck eggs
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 clove of red onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk of green onion, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
Cooking Instructions
- First, make the sauce. Mix chopped onions, salt, pepper, water, and sweet soy sauce. Mix well, then let stand.
- Second, heat the olive oil on low heat.
- Third, add sliced green onions and eggs.
- Fourth, add the soy sauce after the egg looks half cooked and the green onions have begun to dry out.
- Fifth, try to slowly stir the sauce that has been mixed with the olive oil. Pour the sauce on the top of eggs so that it is perfectly absorbed.
For the record, if you like egg yolks that are perfectly cooked, don't forget to flip the side of the eggs.
- Serve Fried Eggs & Soy Sauce with rice while warm.
Easy, inexpensive and delicious. Health problems, no need to doubt because it uses natural ingredients. Try to use olive oil to make it healthier and bind the taste of food more deliciously.
This recipe is very helpful for families especially in the morning who feel rushed to go to work.

I've never tasted duck eggs, it's one of the things I have to try without a doubt, and with these images you share with us I was very hungry!
We have much the same "eggs over rice" here from numerous roadside stalls in the mornings. Super cheap and actually very, very yum! We make our own and home on the weekend sometimes. :) Nice entry, my dear.
Mmmm. Eggs with black rice? :)
A standard brunch item at our place. Scramble the eggs with fried garlic, add some leftover cooked black rice & a huge handful of chopped spring onions, corriander & chinese leaf celery. Home grown sprouts optional. 🌱 I had this for brunch-lunch today but was out of eggs so did it with sauteed cabbage instead. Yummo! Mushrooms too? Oh yeah. 😋 😍
I agree growing your own food is by far the healthiest. xx
This recipe looks delicious - quick and simple nourishment. I've never actually had the chance to try a duck egg, they look so nice and big.
Good recipe and helpful advice

Told you I was on my way ;) I LOVE your advice to grow food at home. An integrated permaculture system with perennials and chickens can do this easily, with the benefit of repairing soil for yourself and others. It'll help to make the ecosystem more hospitable to growing that nutrient dense food that our bodies need to be healthy. 💚

This looks delicious @anggreklestari :) I love eggs, cooked any way! I'll have to give this recipe a try. You are right about the stomach, we are what we eat. Stress is a huge trigger for so many ailments, we need to be good to our digestive system.
