We Survived Two Hardforks Contest!
Greetings, Steem fam! Welcome back from hardfork 21 22! Whew! We made it, it wasn't a giant cluster (well, there was a second surprise fork, but we weren't having issues for days like last time... ), it's time to celebrate!
We haven't busted out the crypto buttons for a contest in a while, so the prize will be your choice of one of these buttons: Steem Powered, Will blog for Steem, or a magic crypto ball that says "HODL" as the answer. You of course have to be willing to give me a mailing address to win, on Discord or Twitter DMs.
The winner, as always, will be chosen by my cats!

I haven't heard nor seen evidence of a secondary HF, and all my upvotes are still worthless, so I am not happy.

O: SteemWorld says your 100% is worth a penny (I just looked you up). What front end(s) are you using?
So your options with the tokens are to either stake them, and then begin to give/curate them with upvotes like you do Steem, or to sell them and either buy different tokens you like better or sell them for Steem and move it to your Steem wallet. All this can be done on Steem-Engine.
I don't know about Esteem points though, as I've never used that front end. Partiko points aren't on S-E though, so they might not be.

Yeah, by "front ends" I mean steemit or palnet or esteem. Once you hit 500 SP, you should be able to control the % value on Steemit.
I'm sorry you're struggling. Since I went to check for you, I saw a LOT of upvotes on my post coming in at 0.000 Steem on SteemPeak. I am not sure, but there was some talk about the vote curve meaning the vote is worth nothing if it isn't popular enough, blah blah that I didn't understand but sounded unfair. We'll see how it pans out, I guess.
So SteemPeak shows your 100% vote on my first aid kit post as 0.004 Steem, which isn't a penny, but a) I don't know what your VP was at the time and b) maybe SteemWorld rounds everyone up to a penny if they are below it? Because mine is only two cents at 100% right now and I have over 1600 SP.

I guess I just need to leave all this blockchain stuff behind for my own sanity.
Nothing makes sense now, 6 or 7 different platforms (steemit, panlet, creativecoin,dtube and who knows what else) all rewarding you with different "tokens" (what the hell is that anyway?)
How can all those things be brought together into a coherent whole?
I'm trying to say that you need to be looking at a POST, not at your wallet. There you will see a heart telling you how many upvotes it got. If you click on that heart, it will open a separate window that shows you how much the votes are worth.

How can I look at a POST on Steempeak if I am not logged in.
Why do you keep talking about the wallet? I have not, I am not nor have I ever looked in my wallet to see how much my upvote is worth, how much it gave you when I upvoted.
Why on earth would I look in my wallet for that?
And which wallet would that be anyway? Now that I have about 7 of them, each containing a different coin or token or whatever.

You can look at posts while not logged in, I do it all the time and only realize I am not logged in when I try to upvote and instead see the votes instead of the thing that allows me to vote. Sorry that I can't explain things in a way you understand. I'll stop.

@phoenixwren, I have to say that i have two favourite Tribes and those are Marlians and **JAHM (ReggaeSteem). Marlians is idea of @surpassinggoogle and it have very noble thought and that is every dream will be welcomed and specially there are special advantages for Certified Uloggers.
And JAHM by @reggaesteem because it's music and Jamaican culture tribe and in my opinion this tribe is putting lot of practical efforts for example like collaborating with hotels etc and promotion of reggaesteem and Steem Blockchain.
