I looked for the Latin name for this mushroom but what I found was only Rishi, is it true that the Latin name for this mushroom is Reishi??

that is no big problem. identification of fungi is a bit tricky and hard question, some species easy to remember and identify, but others dont.

in my personal opinion, it is better to omit iD if you are not sure it is correct, than mis-inform others...
or, for example, dont outline the name as the very header, and put the name in brackets adding 'probably' or 'thats not 100% sure' -- actually, this is up to you! no strict demands applied. hope these guides were helpful. cheers!
