Yes, just make sure to say so under the image. You should always link your source anyway, whether AI or not.

I generate images on WhatsApp Meta AI which has no link. Should I wrtie that this images is generated through Meta AI under every image?

That's fine, just some text that says where the image is from (either under each image or perhaps at the end of the article). A lot of people do this anyway, check out Taskmaster's posts, he mostly uses Ideogram and mentions it underneath. A link isn't essential, just nice if you have it for complete credit but saying where it's from is enough.
