Dear Wen!

I am not very certain which part of you inspires me the most.
The fact that you are not just hardworking but you work smart too.
The fact that you give it your all and don't settle for the bare minimum.
Or that you work tiredlessly without complain.
I like the way you speak, I like the tone of your speeches and how smart, understanding, friendly and meek you are.
How you create room to accommodate people even with their excesses.

Need I tell you that you inspire me everyday to sit up and do better.
If you could do it, then I would too.
I may not know the things you went through, the struggles you had, nor the sleepless nights and days to achieve the things you desired to but I do know for a fact that you didn't settle for less, you pushed yourself to be better and you did get better.

So I am hoping with everything in me that I will be better as well someday.
I came here hoping to only learn the basics and go about my thing, but meeting you has changed that narrative.
I want to know more than just the basics, I want to do better and be better.
I want to look back at how it all started and be proud of myself and the growth process
Thank you for being an inspiration without even knowing.
And I pray above all that you will excel in your area of specialty and you will stand out to be the best sooner or little later.
