Empowerment - (LOH)

Hello everyone at Ladies Of Hive! I am Zeliana Orellana and I am excited to join this community dedicated to female empowerment. With my passion for supporting other women and my commitment to justice and equity, I am eager to contribute and learn from all of you. My mother is a wonderful woman who showed me the best of being who I am today, and thanks to her today I know many things that have been useful to me along my path. Thank you for welcoming me and creating this safe and welcoming space for all of us! I hope to be able to contribute and grow together on this path towards a more inclusive and fair future for all! For me, women's empowerment means recognizing and promoting gender equality in all aspects of life, providing women with the necessary tools, opportunities and resources so that they can reach their full potential and take control of their own lives. . I firmly believe in the importance of empowering women to make informed decisions, defend their rights and contribute meaningfully to society.

My personal experiences have been fundamental in my commitment to empowerment, as I already said, I have seen my mother fighting most of her life alone and that has motivated me. I have witnessed the struggle and resilience of women close to me who have faced challenges and obstacles due to their gender, which has motivated me to move forward being a better person every day. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to work in places where I could strengthen my best talents. I have learned a lot throughout my life, I learned to move forward on my own as well and I know that I am totally self-sustaining, if you can say that.

I would tell young women today to believe in themselves, their abilities and their worth. Don't let stereotypes or social expectations limit your dreams and aspirations. May you empower, educate and support each other to make positive change in your lives and in the world. My advice would be to look for opportunities for personal and professional growth, to surround yourself with people who inspire you and push you to be your best version, and to never doubt your worth and your power to make a difference, but more than anything, I want Let them study and create the best version of themselves so that they are always proud of themselves every day.

Women's empowerment is a path to equality, justice and freedom, and is essential to building a more equitable and sustainable world for all people. It is a commitment we must collectively make, supporting and celebrating the unlimited potential of women everywhere.

Dear Ladies Of Hive, it has been an honor and pleasure to share this space with all of you! I appreciate the warmth, support and inspiration I have received here. I take with me the learning, friendship, and empowerment I have experienced in this incredible community. Con mi pasión por apoyar a otras mujeres y mi compromiso con la justicia y la equidad, estoy ansiosa por contribuir y aprender de todas ustedes. Mi mama es una maravillosa mujer que me mostró lo mejor de ser lo que soy hoy en día, y gracias a ella hoy se muchas cosas que me han sido util a lo largo de mi camino. ¡Gracias por darme la bienvenida y por crear este espacio seguro y acogedor para todas nosotras! ¡Espero poder aportar y crecer juntas en este camino hacia un futuro más inclusivo y justo para todas! ¡Un abrazo a todas!

Para mí, el empoderamiento de las mujeres significa reconocer y promover la igualdad de género en todos los aspectos de la vida, brindando a las mujeres las herramientas, oportunidades y recursos necesarios para que puedan alcanzar su máximo potencial y tomar el control de sus propias vidas. Creo firmemente en la importancia de empoderar a las mujeres para que puedan tomar decisiones informadas, defender sus derechos y contribuir de manera significativa a la sociedad.

Mis experiencias personales han sido fundamentales en mi compromiso con el empoderamiento, como ya lo dije, he visto a mi mama luchando la gran parte de su vida sola y eso me ha motivado. He sido testigo de la lucha y la resiliencia de mujeres cercanas a mí que han enfrentado desafíos y obstáculos debido a su género, lo cual me ha motivado a seguir adelante siendo mejor persona cada día. Además, he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar en sitios donde pude reforzar mis mejores talentos. He aprendido mucho a lo largo de mi vida, aprendí a seguir adelante por mi cuenta también y sé que soy totalmente autosustentable, si es que se puede decir así.

A las jóvenes de hoy les diría que crean en sí mismas, en sus capacidades y en su valía. Que no permitan que los estereotipos o las expectativas sociales limiten sus sueños y aspiraciones. Que se empoderen, se eduquen y se apoyen mutuamente para lograr un cambio positivo en sus vidas y en el mundo. Mi consejo sería que busquen oportunidades de crecimiento personal y profesional, que se rodeen de personas que las inspiren y las impulsen a ser su mejor versión, y que nunca duden de su valía y su poder para hacer una diferencia, pero más que nada, quiero que estudien y creen la mejor version de ellas para que estén orgullosas siempre de sí misma cada día.

El empoderamiento de las mujeres es un camino hacia la igualdad, la justicia y la libertad, y es fundamental para construir un mundo más equitativo y sostenible para todas las personas. Es un compromiso que debemos asumir colectivamente, apoyando y celebrando el potencial ilimitado de las mujeres en todas partes.
