'Acceptance' reduce anxiety!
Accepting is not easy. We never want to accept our mistakes and shortcomings. Rather you may often find yourself killing your time to prove yourself right. Well, we can't always be right. But accepting it is hard, no?
I have tried several times to elude my anxiety. I have tried mindful practice, stress relief tips and all. But guess what, my anxiety was still there. I was wondering what's making me anxious and surprisingly find that I don't accept my mistakes.
And not just our mistakes, not just accepting them is always helpful. But there are many more things which make us anxious. Yeah, you may find hundreds of them. So, the main point is 'Accept that you are anxious. Accepting our anxiety makes it easy to handle it. We have to sit with our mind to find what's wrong. In the same way, we need to accept that we are not good at managing our anxious minds. There's no shame in this. Don't hide that you are feeling anxious.
I know this idea will not work for everyone. Because there are many ways, guides to managing anxiety. But what I believe that 'acceptance' comes first. If we choose to hide it, skip it; not just the fact the reason also, then you may never leave anxiety. Like, if you are not good at anything in your office work, accept it and learn how to improve it. This will help you to achieve it.
Accepting one's mistakes is taking responsibility for actions. For whoever wants to learn and grow in life needs to let go of ego. Ego is what will make you feel like you know what you don't.
