Totoo yan, grabe hirap mag decide talaga kaya palagi ko pray na kung pwede dito lang sa malapit at yung regular job na talaga na kahit kukuha ng kasama sa bahay eh sapat pa rin ang sahod tsaka yung mauuwian ko anak ko kada after work
My sisters were hired at naassign sa malayo. Sa albuera to be exact. Pero umuuwi cla everyday. I know mahirap din. Nagtiis cla for 3 yrs na ganun na situation . After that they applied for transfer atvnatransfer na cla dito sa malapit.
If opportunity knocks grab it. Hirap hanapin work these days. Tiis muna. 3 yrs not too long. Pwede na transfer. Ok na rin cguru ung makauwi ka every weekend. Or maybe every other day.

I feel you. I hired a nanny before when I was still working in the corporate world. It always break my heart to see my daughter cry whenever I leave for work.
I was lucky enough to find online jobs when I left my regular job. I accepted 3 jobs that time. We somehow managed just until we had enough savings and my husband got promoted. Now, I am a full time mom, homeschooling my daughter.
Tiis lang mamsh. At tiyaga maghanap ng online jobs, mahirap sa una but once makakuha ka ng isa o dalawa, it's like the floodgates will open, marami na agad kasunod.
I'm in your situation too sis @zbabe after I gave birth. I have that question which is to continue to work or resign and take care of my son. My boss don't want me to resign because a regular position can be offered to me soon. But I have to choose and I chose my son over work. Here I am right now, a full time mom and a house wife and I never regret my decision. I am just trying hard to do side hustle to help my husband in our financial needs in my own simple way.
