Gelato Mint - Tribal

Tribal is a company based in Quebec. The price range is really affordable, they're some of the cheapest on the market. They have a small line of three products : an indica, a sativa and a hybrid. I'm a sucker for indica, so I have tried the indica : Gelato Mint.

Gelato Mint is a mix between "It's it" and "Cookies & Cream". It grows indoors but at a colder temperature.

I don't know how unique it's, but it was the first time I saw a tuna can one. It seems to keep the product really fresh and keep the odor down.

Apparence

I don't like most of my pictures, because it doesn't give justice to the beauty of it. First, it's some big buds and the buds are intact. The trimming is good. We see an elongate conical shape. The mint color is on point. What we miss most in the picture is the frost white : it's a frosty queen! It's full of it and it's incredible. We have brown and orange filaments.

Smell

The smell is strong. We need to store it in an airtight container or you'll be able to smell it from a distance. You can also smell a fresh lemon smell which is nice.

Taste

The first taste is okay, it's a little bit sugary and spicy. It's limit harsh for the throat, but with small puffs it's easily manageable. What is really great is the after taste, there is a candy taste that stays in your mouth a good 30 minutes after smoking it. It's really a fun feeling.

Buzz

It's a light buzz. On the plus size, it's more a relaxing buzz than a sleepy buzz, if you take too much you'll get sleepy. You get a small feeling of your life getting further, but not that much. You can stay lucid, it doesn't wake up creativity or other. I like my buzz more mind altering, but sometimes it's nice to be more present while still being high.

Sound is louder... Don't have much to say about that, but it was noticeable.

You get a small body buzz, but not big enough for me.

For an indica, it's not the classic indica buzz, but it's interesting.

Conclusion

The taste is fun and the price is really interesting. It's not exactly my kind of buzz, but it's a good small relaxing buzz. If you want a small indica buzz and still be lucid, it's a good choice.
