What is it all about? It is not there to just give a stat. It is there to give MY review of the unit!
Also this has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.
I should have started when 10th edition launched!
505 days since the start of 10th Edition.
This is Review #178, I am 327 reviews behind! (Lowest I have been is 314 behind)

Astra Militarum, Cadian Command Squad
10th Edition Index
Cadia... a now destroyed Fortress World that used to guard the galaxy from Chaos at the entrance to the Eye of Terror. This place gave birth to a population of Soldiers Born. Generation after generation of men and women who learned to fire and load a Lasgun before they could read.
They were also so numerous that they raised Regiments faster than they could die on that world... in between the wars... and this led to many Cadians joining battle groups and campaigns elsewhere in the galaxy as they made their tithe.
So when Cadia was destroyed, there were still uncounted billions of Cadians travelling the galaxy. As long as there are still Cadians in the galaxy with hope and loyalty in their hearts, then Cadia Stands!
This unit is 65pts for 5 models and the box costs $45.
The unit consists of:
A Commander
A Regimental Standard Bearer
Medic
Master Vox
Veteran Guardsman
You stick special weapons on the Veteran and you can drop the banner to have another special weapon.
The Commander can have either Power Weapon or Powerfist and exchange his Laspistol for Bolt Pistol or Plasma Pistol.

12" Range, D6 Shots, Auto Hits, S4, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Torrent (Shots auto-hit, you roll for number of shots and then roll to Wound)
Ignores Cover (Target enemy cannot get Benefit of Cover against this weapon)
Meltagun
12" Range, 1 Shot, Hits on 4+, S9, AP-4 and D6 Damage each.
Melta 2 (When shooting at a target that is within half range of 6" add 2 to the Damage of the weapon)
Plasmagun - Standard Firing Option
24" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 4+, S7, AP-2 and 1 Damage each.
Rapid Fire 1 (When within Half range, 12" then gain +1 Attack on this weapon).
Plasmagun - Overcharged Firing Option
24" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 4+, S8, AP-3 and 1 Damage each.
Rapid Fire 1 (When within Half range, 12" then gain +1 Attack on this weapon).

Grenade Launcher - Krak Firing Option
24" Range, 1 Shot, Hitting on 4+, S9, AP-2 and D3 Damage each.
Grenade Launcher - Frag Firing Option
24" Range, D3 Shots, Hitting on 4+, S4, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Blast (Add +1 Attack per 5 enemies in the target unit, rounding down)

Close combat weapon
2 Attacks, Hitting on 4+. S3, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Chainsword
4 Attacks, Hitting on 4+. S3, AP0 and 1 Damage each.
Power Weapon
3 Attacks, Hitting on 4+. S4, AP-2 and 1 Damage each.
Power Fist
3 Attacks, Hitting on 4+. S6, AP-2 and 2 Damage each.
Abilities
Cadia Stands!
While the Officer is alive, this unit can ignore modifications to Characteristics or Dice Rolls. (Except for Saves because that's Armour Piercing)
Orders
This Officer can issue 1 Order to Regiment units.
Wargear Abilities
Master Vox
This unit's Officer can issue Commands at 24".
Medi-pack
While the Medic is alive, the unit has a 6+ Feel No Pain.
Regimental Standard
With the Standard Bearer alive, the unit gets +1 OC per model.
Thoughts
Just like the Platoon Command unit, they have a lot of options, but not nearly as much.
Here, it is a given that you use Vox and Medic and you have the option for 2 Special guns or one gun and a flag.
The flag is amazing when you have this unit part of a Cadian Shock Troops unit, bumping them up to OC3 each.
Leading that unit makes them hard to move, hard to effect and holds Objective Control Hard!
That makes 21 Aeldari Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 29.16% Completed. The total Completed is 16.90% Complete! Can I review them all?!
