Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest-Round 342

Hello everyone! This is my entry into the Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest-Round 342.

It is starting to get hot in Cape Town and I was waiting for a delivery vehicle to arrive on site to receive and important delivery to site when I noticed this shadow.

It was strange. It is of something that should be easy to recognise, but the way the familliar part sits at the top of an elongated, distorted mound tickled me like it was out of place. A hatch on a little mountain!

It's weird right?

So that's my company car. A Nissan NP200. The Hatch is open and I am sitting on the tailgate... but I looked at the shadow and it looked like a mountain with a window on it!

How cool that you found this distorted shadow, that's what I like about taking shadow shots, that you find very striking shadows
