Hello everyone!

We are now 82 members strong! We shall keep pushing activity till we get

This week we had 26 inactive accounts! 😱😱😱 This needs to be fixed!

Ecency Points to distribute

Some community members have been sending me Ecency Points to distribute. They are as follows:
@papilloncharity sent me 10,000 Ecency points.
@melinda010100 sent me 40,000 Ecency points. (@melinda010100 sent me 20,000 for the busy bees next week - Thank you!)
@alonicus set me 20,000 Ecency points.
Total: 70,000 Ecency points.

This will go toward Redfish and Minnows who have been active!
Going to send 200 Ecency Points to Active Redfish and 100 Ecency Points to Active Minnows, activity means you posted something this week.

Last week I needed to distribute 4,200 Ecency points to our members, and had 11,300 Ecency Points left.

This week I will distribute 4,000 Ecency Points which means I have 7,300 Ecency Points left! Wow! Great job for active Minnows and Redfish!

The Basic Rules of Activity

  • Activity means posting and commenting within a 30-day time.

  • Posting weekly is recommended.

  • Supporting one another with votes and engagement is encouraged. There is zero enforcement, we just recommend it. If you want people on Hive who will speak and interact with you - just look at the people in this list!

There are a few accounts (like the top Minnows) that have gone inactive that I do NOT take down due to inactivity. This is mainly to give the active Minnows and Redfish something to aim at. It would also be really cool to see you guys catch up to these larger accounts due to your activity vs the inactivity of these accounts.

NOTE that these rules are going to change to suit the 100 ACTIVE accounts vision. Once we are 100 Active members those inactive placeholders will fall away. Then we will really become a powerhouse.

This does take advantage of the "lizard-brain" or "cave-man instinct". When there is a shortage of food then you stockpile... sometimes that means fighting and competing with others in order to ensure your own survival and prosperity... however people generally take it too far and we can see that with the disparity of the classes and the incomes.

I do not need to have gold-encrusted sports car to survive. After a certain point I have all I need then the best way to make sure I do not get killed on my front porch is to make sure that all my neighbours also have food and security.

It's just another iteration of the classic pitting of people against each other (instead of countering the evil fuckers that put everything in motion). If people came together, organized, cooperated, and collaborated in the production of food and resources, that would cover most daily needs easily, and it would also remove dependence on government, which is a very good thing.

I don't need or want most of the bright-and-shiny, blingy nonsense for which most people strive. It just has no meaning for me. In actuality, I only need a very few things to live in a way that feels good to me. Out here, I can easily live on a few hundred dollars per month. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I like that name for it, 'Holdfast'. Lots of amazing things can be created near, or even in cities too, of course, but in such locations maintaining self-sufficiency is often more challenging because many cities have laws preventing people from doing things like collecting rainwater, living off the grid, growing and raising their own food, having more than a certain number of non-relatives living in the same house or on the same property, and the like. Any such laws, which are obviously not in alignment with common/natural/constitutional law, are meaningless and not valid, but sadly very few people actually know that. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

It is a bit of a struggle. As you never know when someone is willing to break the law. For those denizens, jail is not a scary place. Even though we have some of the worst and overcrowded prisons in the world, they also know their own people are there.
