Hello everyone!

Welcome to Week 40 of the Busy Bees progress update!

Wow! it is power-up week and quite a few Bees have been collecting that honey in big fat stacks! Well done!

Ecency Points to distribute

Some community members have been sending me Ecency Points to distribute. They are as follows:
@papilloncharity sent me 10,000 Ecency points.
@melinda010100 sent me 60,000 Ecency points.
@alonicus set me 25,000 Ecency points.
@chaosmagic23 sent me 10,000 Ecency points!
@zakludick (me) added 5,000 Ecency points to this fund.
Total: 130,000 Ecency points.

This will go toward Redfish and Minnows who have been active!
Going to send 200 Ecency Points to Active Redfish and 100 Ecency Points to Active Minnows, activity means you posted something this week.

Last week I needed to distribute 3,7000 Ecency points to our members, and had 9,700 Ecency Points left.

This week I will distribute 2,600 Ecency Points which means I have 7,100 Ecency Points left!

There are a few accounts (like the top Minnows) that have gone inactive that I do NOT take down due to inactivity. This is mainly to give the active Minnows and Redfish something to aim at. It would also be really cool to see you guys catch up to these larger accounts due to your activity vs the inactivity of these accounts.

NOTE that these rules are going to change to suit the 100 ACTIVE accounts vision. Once we are 100 Active members those inactive placeholders will fall away. Then we will really become a powerhouse.

Well, I'm definitely not a flat-earther, but I will say that I've come to the conclusion that just about everything that we've ever been taught, told, and conditioned and programmed to believe is indeed a lie, or a heavily-distorted, twisted half-truth, so we've all got a lot to acertain and figure out, that is for sure! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

It is important, but most people are not willing to take that responsibility.

It is FAR easier to consume content and share it than test it and create content... perhaps that shall be another responsibility and feature of HIve.

When you create content about something that you, yourself DO, at least you are confirming and endorising it on a decentralized platform. Hmmmm

Sadly I'd say that you're right about that. Self-responsibility seems to be quite challenging for most people in just about everything, not just verifying their own information. That doesn't go well in the end.

At least with Hive there is more self-responsibility, though it's obviously far from perfect. I'd be game for that being a feature and blockchain responsibility.

Yes, indeed, I agree. What we share here should, at least theoretically, be based on our own personal experiences. That's what creates the value of the Blockchain. Hrmmm for sure! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

One concept I often share is that the Technological level of humanity is actually a lot lower than what we think.

If our institutions and infrastructure upheld by government (said in a voice of disgust) breaks down then in a general sense the consumer driven market and a massive amount of the population will end up in absolute squalor since they don't know how to do anything for themselves!

I think your little community might actually be a lot closer to truth. The skills within your community, uphold your lifestyle. Yes if all the sattelites get wiped out and the internet is gone it would suck... but you would survive a lot better than a urban community reliant on a massive economy to function.

Well, there's also the vast difference between the technologies that are allowed to be used in society, and the huge number of diverse technologies that are intentionally suppressed, and those in the many deep-black special-access programs that are at and beyond sci-fi level.

Yes, that's very true. People have been enslaved in many ways, one of which is by their dependence on the system and its convenience. If that goes away, especially if it goes quickly, huge numbers of people, especially those in cities, would not fare well at all.

Indeed, I agree with that. Regardless of the notable human difficulties here presently, if everything collapsed, while it would be very challenging, we could survive here with the resources on the land, and in the surrounding forests. Self-reliance and self-sufficiency are really very important indeed. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
