Day 28 of the Debmar Atlantic 2024 Project - Another Monday, the last Monday on site for now?

Are all Mondays Blue or is every day on this site a Monday? Well, when I looked at the ship on the still morning and looked up at the glorious vista of the mountain...

Things looked wonderful and felt fresh. Things were starting to come together and we were closing off on several jobs with only a few more things that we need to complete but these would be the smaller jobs and maybe some snags.

And then we got set back a bit...

The above piping is from a system that we had already completed, pressure tested, vacuumed and charged with a holding charge of refrigerant.

One of the other contractors were in that area installing a pipe that feeds into our unit for condenser water. But one of their artisans slipped and fell on top of the liquid line pipe, breaking it.

All the gas out, moisture in... and a cracked pipe.

Not the worst case scenario, but we now needed to start that whole process again. Fix the leak, pressure test and vacuum over night.

I ended up working late because the day keeps me busy all day long. It is easy to get involved and then have outstanding paperwork to tend to afterward.

The day ended off with the Mountain and the evening skyline giving a wonderful view again.

Tomorrow is another day.

Thank you for reading this post!

Cheers!
