Camping by the river

What comes to mind when we hear the word camping, of course it immediately makes us remember mountains, because camping is always synonymous with mountains, that's what I did too, it's just that the spot I used for camping this time was a little different, I chose a location who was on the river bank for camping together with some of my friends

The city I live in is known as a tourist city, because the area is surrounded by vast mountains, and in it there are also many tourist locations such as rivers, lakes, waterfalls and other natural resources, one of which is a river which has recently been quite busy. visited because it is very suitable as a location for camping

Coincidentally, the owner of this tent is my school friend, on it is his family's garden or land, and he succeeded in turning this forest location into a very beautiful tourist location, and this is my first time visiting here, so I deliberately arrived early so that I can take as many pictures as possible before the visitors start arriving

PENTAGO GARDEN, is the name of this tourist spot, it is an abbreviation of the jewel of the Gayo Highlands, and the cost per person starts from IDR 100,000-200,000 or around 15$, and that includes the cost of dinner and breakfast which is all borne by the owner, by chance I am friends with the owner, so I get a special price (free)

I am here with three other people, and coincidentally they are also friends with the same hobby as me, I often climb mountains and hunt with them, so this moment will certainly be an enjoyable moment

The river here has quite clear water, and the surrounding trees are still well maintained, thus creating a view and coolness that makes anyone feel comfortable in this place, especially here you are not allowed to have too much fun, because this place was created indeed for people who want to find peace

People started arriving one by one, and it was also getting dark, I also had to get a photo of myself here

Don't mind the camera I'm holding, it's just for style, I'm not at all talented in that field, I even forgot to open the camera cover 😅, it's just a sweetener, as well as a memory for me personally

This is the atmosphere seen in this place, where in my opinion the facilities of this place are quite satisfactory, they have a large parking area, clean toilets and also a cafe which of course makes anyone not think about going hungry in the middle of the night, considering that the road access is quite far from city, we have to enter the forest about 3 kilometers to reach this place, but all types of vehicles can pass through this road

It doesn't feel like night has arrived, and the cold weather is getting stronger, even though I'm a local resident here, I can't stand the cold at night, especially since this place is close to the river, the feeling of cold is certainly getting worse.

This is the atmosphere at night, the tent in front of our tent is a family tent, and the tent is bigger, and all the people who bring their families will definitely choose that tent, rather than having to join us, 😅

My friends and I started making a fire to make grilled chicken, and also a campfire of course, it doesn't feel right to camp without a campfire, and so it went on until we fell asleep.
