(ESP/ENG) Tutorial - ¡Cosiendo a mano! Zarcillos de Patilla 🍉 Elaborados en Fieltro.

Hello I hope you are very well, my name is @yurimar as well as my username Hive, today I come for this wonderful community to show you how to make some cute Patilla tendrils 🍉 made in felt.

I have more or less 3 years working with this material because I find it very easy and comfortable to handle, my hands have made dolls, animals and hooks in felt, it is the first time I dare to make some earrings hehehehe! So I hope you like it, although I have also worked with blues jeans and I have made many necklaces, tendrils and pulceras.

I am a seamstress by trade, I make garments, but I love to do this kind of work, most of them are sewn by hand, I tell them that this way I relax a lot.

I think that these types of tendrils would be a great venture for those girls who need to earn extra money, they just have to let their imagination fly and they will see that many women will love how these tendrils made of felt look like.

So we begin, but first I am going to detail the materials you are going to use.

• Fieltro de color verde.
• Fieltro de color rojo.
• Fieltro de color blanco.
• Dos ganchos para Zarcillos.
• Hilos de color blanco, verde, rojo y negro.
• Agujas de cocer.
• Tijera.
• Pinza.
• Compas.
• Lápiz.

• Green felt.
• Felt of red color.
• Felt of white color.
• Two hooks for tendrils.
• White, green, red and black threads.
• Baking needles.
• Scissors.
• Tweezers.
• Compass.
• Pencil.

Paso 1:

Step 1:

To start we need to make 3 circles on a cardboard with the help of the compass with a radius of the following measures, 2cm, 1.5 cm, 1 cm and then cut them out.

We take the pattern of the 1.5 cm circle and mark it with a pencil on the green felt 4 times, then cut it out. We join two circles and sew in buttonhole stitch with green thread, repeat the process making two circles.

Now we take the pattern of the 1.5 circle and mark 4 times on the white felt and cut it out, we take two circles and join them together and put them on top of the green circle that we have already sewn and sew them with white thread, we will try not to sew the white thread behind the Zarcillo.

We take the 1 cm circle and mark 4 on the red felt, cut then we take 2 circles and mount it on top of the white one and sew in buttonhole stitch with red thread.

Step 5:

With double black thread we are going to make the seed of the sideburn 🍉 trying to separate them a little bit, I border 6 seeds but if you can make more, do it.

Once our pin is ready 🍉 we take the hook for tendrils and with the help of a tweezers we open it a little bit and then we hook it to the pin as you can see in the image.

With the help of the clamp we close the hook so that it does not come out, now as you can see the tendrils are ready to use it.
