As I have already told you, on the first day of our stay in St. Petersburg, my daughter and I went to Tsarskoye Selo. After we visited the Alexander Palace, we had a huge amount of time left and we decided to spend it on further sightseeing.

Next to the palace there is an extensive park with thick oaks, willows and maples, in which there are many birds. This is quite unusual, because birds usually fly to wilder places in the summer to nest, but here they are and they are not even averse to eating with their hands.

The park itself is very beautiful and is made about the same as other parks in the district. There is a moderate landscape design, while in places the terrain resembles a forest, where paths are laid. Among the bushy thickets, you can even find edible mushrooms, and there are large fish in the pond, which can be clearly seen in the clear water.

It was as if we knew in advance that we would meet animals in the park and bought raw seeds on the way. As it turned out, not in vain. Already at the entrance to the park, a whole flock of birds, consisting of tits, sparrows and nuthatches, seemed to be waiting for us. My daughter started to stretch out the feed, I pulled out the camera and began to take pictures, gradually getting closer so that the birds got used to me.

For some reason, after going further, we no longer saw so many birds, although that day we walked the whole big park along and across. But I took a lot of beautiful pictures along the way, which I will publish in the very near future. Stay in touch and travel with us)

Как я уже рассказывал, в первый же день пребывания в Петербурге, мы с дочкой отправились в Царское село. После того, как мы посетили Александровский дворец, у нас оставалось огромное количество времени и мы решили потратить его на дальнейший осмотр достопримечательностей.

Рядом с дворцом располагается обширный парк с толстыми дубами, ивами и клёнами, в котором водится множество птиц. Это довольно непривычно, потому что птицы летом обычно улетают в более дикие места на гнездование, но здесь они есть и даже не прочь полакомиться с рук.

Сам парк очень красивый и сделан примерно так же, как другие парки в округе. Тут присутствует умеренный ландшафтный дизайн, в то время как местами местность напоминает лес, где проложены дорожки. Среди кустых зарослей можно даже встретить съедобные грибы, а в пруду водятся крупные рыбы, которых можно хорошо разглядеть в прозрачной воде.

Мы будто заранее знали о том, что встретим в парке живность и по пути купили сырых семечек. Как оказалось, не зря. Уже на входе в парк нас будто ожидала целая стайка пернатых, состоящая из синиц, воробьёв и поползней. Дочь начала протягивать корма я вытащил фотоаппарат и принялся делать снимки, постепенно подходя ближе, чтобы птицы привыкли ко мне.

Почему-то пройдя дальше, мы уже не видели столько птиц, хотя прошли в тот день весь большой парк вдоль и поперёк. Но я по ходу сделал очень много красивых снимков, которые опубликую в самое ближайшее время. Оставайтесь на связи и путешествуйте с нами )
