Hello friends, nice and blessed day to all✨❤️ I wish you a Thursday full of success and good vibes🥰 happy to be another day around here with you sharing another post🤩 This time it's a blog of a practice day with my boyfriend⚾.

Bueno les cuento que hay días que no voy al gym por estar en la casa de mi novio, en esos días para no perderme de los ejercicios voy al estadio con mi novio y al finalizar la práctica nos ponemos a correr un rato. Corremos primero 5min, luego 10 y así hasta llegar al límite😂 luego en la casa llegamos a hacer ejercicios los dos, abdominales, sentadillas búlgaras, normales y esos ejercicios que podemos hacer sin necesidad de máquinas.

Well I tell them that there are days that I do not go to the gym to be at my boyfriend's house, on those days not to miss the exercises I go to the stadium with my boyfriend and at the end of practice we get to run for a while. We run first 5min, then 10 and so on until we reach the limit😂 then at home we get to do exercises the two of us, sit-ups, Bulgarian squats, normal and those exercises that we can do without machines.

Ayer lo acompañé en toda la práctica, los niños son un amor, me encantan🤭 Bueno mi novio tiene varios niños y están divididos en el equipo A y el equipo B. El equipo B tenía un juego amistoso para foguearse y el equipo A tenía práctica normal. El se quedó dando práctica a los A y yo estuve con el. Luego de darles prácticas y hablar con ellos hizo lo que llaman una caimanera entre ellos mismos. Me reí demás jajaja, tenían una rivalidad, se perreaban, se reían, se tomaron muy enserio el juego jajaja. Aquí les comparto unas imágenes ⚾🥰

Yesterday I accompanied him throughout practice, the kids are a love, I love them🤭 Well my boyfriend has several kids and they are divided into the A team and the B team. The B team had a friendly game to get a breakout and the A team had regular practice. He stayed behind giving practice to the A's and I was with him. After giving them practice and talking to them he did what they call a caimanera among themselves. I laughed too much hahaha, they had a rivalry, they were bitching, laughing, they took the game very seriously hahaha. Here I share some pictures ⚾🥰.
