Educating children to be disciplined is not as easy as we imagine, it takes a lot of processes to be able to educate children's character to be disciplined because discipline does not happen by itself, it takes hard work and strong determination to realize, sometimes to apply discipline to children first we as parents must set a good example by providing instructions for obedient behavior so that control is built in the child so that they can behave in accordance with religious rules, social norms and interactions with society by applying discipline in their families they will get used to it and will follow discipline in arranging schedules in their lives

The discipline applied to children will be easy to see where the child's abilities are headed and they will show their abilities and they can arrange schedules and are able to control the boundaries of what can be done and the boundaries of what is prohibited

there are several tricks that I apply to train discipline in children

1. at an early age the way I apply discipline to children is more about telling them about positive and negative boundaries by practicing it slowly and I also apply discipline in managing time in my family, for example waking up in the morning is mandatory before dawn, and I apply all kinds of activities within a certain time, for example I make a list of sleep and wake up schedules, meal schedules, study schedules, play schedules, rest and watch schedules, all of which I apply in my family

2. giving examples of disciplined behavior to children, I often give examples of disciplined behavior to my children and I also tell them about that behavior, 80 percent of children will imitate their parents' behavior and will always follow their parents' behavior so I am very sure that by giving examples of disciplined behavior, children will automatically imitate and follow it so that it is very easy to direct further

3. giving light punishment according to the level of the error, sanctions must be applied to enforce discipline on children even though it is only a light punishment, the goal is for children to have a sense of responsibility and will be a valuable warning for them and will lead them in a better direction

All parents have their own way of applying discipline to children with the same goal, namely wanting to have children who have high discipline and obey orders, but this is my way of applying discipline to children

Implementing discipline from an early age will be very easy for children to grasp because they have not been greatly influenced by free association and negative traits, because children will be very difficult to direct if they have been possessed by bad traits, perhaps because of parental negligence in implementing discipline on children

Factors that influence children's behavior are the environment and associations, having bad friends will be very easily influenced into bad behavior and also the surrounding environment and the implementation of poor discipline from parents are also the main factors in the lack of discipline in children

I am very sure about the way I implement discipline on children, starting from telling them about the causes and consequences of bad things if they violate and telling them the limits to giving light punishments early on for their mistakes, then they will not violate and I can be sure they will be obedient and obedient, that discipline will always be carried over and will maintain it in living their lives later
