He esperado este momento con ansias y por fin el día tan esperado ha llegado luego de tener seis meses sin poder tener entre mis brazos a mi hermosa hija regresa a casa de vacaciones de la universidad.
Aunque gracias a la tecnología nos podemos ver a diario y hablar por un largo rato se extraña mucho el tenerla en casa, se que la ley de la vida es que los hijos tienen que emprender su vuelo y dejar el nido solo pero es difícil acostumbrarse.
Les cuento como fue este mágico día yo le había preparado su comida favorita con anterioridad y la tenía guardada en la nevera, le hice un delicioso Pasticho el cual llame Pasticho Sorpresa, aquí les comparto el link de la receta

I have been looking forward to this moment and finally the long awaited day has arrived after six months without being able to hold my beautiful daughter in my arms, she is back home from college vacation.

Although thanks to technology we can see each other daily and talk for a long time I miss having her at home, I know that the law of life is that children have to take their flight and leave the nest alone but it is hard to get used to.

I tell you how was this magical day I had prepared her favorite food before and had it stored in the fridge, I made her a delicious Pasticho which I called Pasticho Surprise, here I share with you the link to the recipe

Ese día me desperté bien temprano quería que todo saliera perfecto mi corazón saltaba de alegría, así que lo primero que hice fue limpiar la casa y arreglar el mesón dónde iba a recibir a la agasajada mi hija Yuliana.

Coloqué unas lindas servilletas de animal print unos vasos negros para que hicieran juego y coloque el pan de ajo.

That day I woke up early, I wanted everything to be perfect, my heart was jumping for joy, so the first thing I did was to clean the house and arrange the table where my daughter Yuliana was going to receive the guest.

I placed some nice animal print napkins, some black glasses to match and put the garlic bread.

Una vez mi hija llegó calenté y serví el almuerzo acompañado de un delicioso vaso de jugo, me disculpan que no tome fotos en el momento de su llegada pero estaba muy emocionada y lo pase por alto.

Once my daughter arrived I warmed up and served lunch accompanied by a delicious glass of juice, excuse me for not taking pictures at the moment of her arrival but she was very excited and I overlooked it.

Luego nos sentamos mi hija su papá y yo en el mesón a disfrutar de la rica comida, y de una buena charla con nuestra hija a ponernos al día como se dice.
No sé imaginan la nostalgia tan grande que sentí cuando mi hija al ver que era una de sus comidas preferidas casi llora de la felicidad y de la emoción y me dice madre esto es una de las cosas que más extraño cuando estoy lejos tus comidas, estas palabras hacen que mi corazón se me ponga chiquitico y sienta tanta tristeza que más quisiera yo que estar a su lado.
Así que el solo hecho de verla disfrutando cada bocado de comida me reconforta el alma.

Yo soy madre y abuela de tres princesas y sin duda alguna me siento bendecida y doy gracias a Dios por esta gran bendición, lamentablemente mis dos hijas y nietas están fuera del país y no puedo tenerlas a mi lado y disfrutar de su compañia pero tengo mucha fe que pronto ese momento va a llegar.
Por el momento voy a disfrutar estás maravillosas vacaciones de mi hija Yuliana le estaré dando mucho amor, tiempo de compañía la voy a consentir preparando sus comidas y postres favoritos.
Amigos míos les voy a brindar un pequeño consejo disfruten cada instante al lado de sus bebés ya que crecen tan rápido que no nos damos cuenta el momento es ahora has que sus días sean únicos.

Gracias queridos amigos por haberme acompañado en este rinconcito de mi vida.

Then my daughter, her father and I sat down at the inn to enjoy the delicious food and a good chat with our daughter to catch up, as they say.

I can't imagine the great nostalgia I felt when my daughter saw that this was one of her favorite meals and almost cried from happiness and emotion and told me mother this is one of the things I miss the most when I'm away from your meals, these words make my heart go tiny and I feel so sad that I would rather be by her side.

So just seeing her enjoying every bite of food comforts my soul.

I am a mother and grandmother of three princesses and without a doubt I feel blessed and thank God for this great blessing, unfortunately my two daughters and granddaughters are out of the country and I can not have them by my side and enjoy their company but I have great faith that soon that moment will come.

For the moment I am going to enjoy these wonderful vacations with my daughter Yuliana, I will be giving her lots of love, company time and I will spoil her by preparing her favorite meals and desserts.

My friends I am going to give you a little advice, enjoy every moment with your babies because they grow so fast that we do not realize that the moment is now, make their days unique.
