Resumiendo alternativas en Hive [ESP // ENG]

La incorporación es un compromiso que tiene muchas aristas, como miembros de Hive, parte de nuestra responsabilidad es hacer crecer la plataforma en todos los sentidos, en calidad, valor y en el recurso humano que se suma mediante la adopción de particulares, proyectos y/o comunidades consolidadas. ¡Definitivamente es un reto!

Ahora mismo quisiera realizar una práctica, buscando resumir las cosas que he leído y escuchado durante estos casi cuatro años en busca de hacer cada vez mejor mi parte al momento de hablar de Hive a las personas comunes, que por algún u otra razón no han tenido contacto con la tecnología y mucho menos con blockchain.

Hive es una empresa de la que formamos parte cuando obtenemos parte de sus "acciones" llamadas "HivePower (HP)", la unidad para medir tu poder de decisión en la gobernanza de la plataforma. Todos los días se emiten estas "acciones" que son distribuidas por los "socios" para los "socios" según su participación dentro del ecosistema.

¿Como participar para obtener "HP" de la empresa?

Hive por ser una plataforma blockchain, requiere una serie de nodos para funcionar, estos son llevados por "socios" llamados testigos y que su principal labor es recolectar datos para luego almacenarlos en forma de bloques en la cadena. Por esta labor se distribuye el 10% de la inflación. Por tanto, una de las formas de obtener HP es producir bloques.

Hive también posee una alternativa de financiación y monetización a través de un Fondo descentralizado. Este usa otro 10% de la inflación para auspiciar proyectos que busquen seguir desarrollando directamente la plataforma y/o propuestas que incidan positivamente en el mediano y largo plazo sobre el ecosistema.

Por otro lado, es posible obtener Hive, la versión liquida del HP, en una variedad de exchanges de alcance global y que tienen listada nuestra criptomoneda donde se puede comerciar, adquirirla y luego llevarla a la plataforma para convertirla a través de la función "powerup" en HivePower. Es importante mencionar que el simple ejercicio de poseer "HP" te hace acreedor de una parte de otro 15% que se toma de la inflación para distribuirlo entre los tenedores de HP.

Asimismo, en Hive puedes obtener HP aportando contenido de valor a través de tu blog e interactuando con el contenido de otros "socios" seleccionando (Curación). Para esto se crea una piscina de recompensas que es llenada con el 65% de la inflación para ser distribuida entre productores y curadores de contenido.

Lo mas importante es saber que la cantidad de HP que posea tu cuenta es la que determina que tanto poder de incidencia tienes en las decisiones y en la distribución de la inflación que hemos mencionado en este apartado.

Ahora mismo la plataforma posee gran variedad de opciones para obtener HP y convertirte en un socio de la empresa. Existen galerías de arte donde puedes comerciar tus obras, también puedes convertirte en un jugador de juegos y obtener recompensas que luego puedes intercambiar fácilmente por Hive, y así una lista larga de opciones que sigue creciendo en función del tiempo con la suma de nuevas ideas y proyectos al ecosistema.

A manera de conclusión

Esto es un pequeño resumen que considero todos debemos manejar, sabemos que la curva de aprendizaje para una persona que no ha tenido contacto con la tecnología es bastante pronunciada. Sin embargo, en la masificación encontraremos a muchos con estas características, no podemos dejar de afinar nuestro poder de enseñar y aprender para hacerlo cada vez mas sencillo.

Hive is a company that we are part of when we get part of its "shares" called "HivePower (HP)", the unit to measure your decision-making power in the governance of the platform. This is a small summary that I think we should all handle, we know that the learning curve for a person who has not had contact with technology is quite steep. However, in the massification we will find many with these characteristics, we can not stop refining our power to teach and learn to make it easier and easier.

Right now I am convinced that we currently need to focus all our efforts on attracting entrepreneurs, investors, developers, influencers and experienced content creators, all with the purpose of accelerating the positioning of our platform in the blockchain world and at the same time move towards the mass adoption of cryptos in the world.
