Las vacaciones casi terminan, indicativo que el verano llega a su final y aunque algunos episodios de lluvias dispersas se han hecho presente, no cambia el aspecto gris del pasto. Sin embargo, el color de los parques continua formando un luminoso arcoíris con la visita brillosa de los pequeñines que no se dejan llevar por números, calendarios, estaciones, ni planificaciones que corten su deseo interminable de jugar, reír, brincar y ser felices dentro de un parque.

The vacations are almost over, indicating that the summer is coming to an end and although some episodes of scattered rains have been present, it does not change the gray aspect of the grass. However, the color of the parks continues to form a luminous rainbow with the bright visit of the little ones who do not let themselves be carried away by numbers, calendars, seasons, or planning that cut their endless desire to play, laugh, jump and be happy in a park.

Si, ustedes conocen a mi Jeremías y la pequeña es María, hija de mi hermana, ahora mismo no recuerdo si en algún momento se las he presentado. Pues estos dos son primos, y más allá son grandes amigos. Por ahora estamos todos en una casa y en las mañanas el que despierta primero va a buscar al otro. La diversión literalmente comienza al despertar y terminan si acaso al dormir. ¡Estoy pensando seriamente que juegan juntos hasta en los sueños!

Yes, you know my Jeremias and the little one is Maria, my sister's daughter, right now I don't remember if I have ever introduced them to you. Well, these two are cousins, and beyond that they are great friends. For now we are all in one house and in the mornings the one who wakes up first goes to get the other one. The fun literally starts when they wake up and they end if at all when they go to sleep. ***I'm seriously thinking that they play together even in their dreams.

Bueno, son tan grandes amigos que pueden pelear mas de 3 veces al día pero hay el mismo número de reconciliaciones :), así que no hay ningún tipo de rencor. Pienso muchas veces que nosotros los adultos debemos estar muy atentos a estas muestras de afecto genuino que nos regala la vida si observamos con detenimiento estas escenas en casa o fuera de estas.

Well, they are such great friends that they may fight more than 3 times a day but there are the same number of reconciliations :), so there is no hard feelings. I think many times that we adults should be very attentive to these signs of genuine affection that life gives us if we carefully observe these scenes at home or outside the home.

En los alrededores se dieron varios planes vacacionales, mi intención de primer momento fue inscribir a Jeremías en alguno de estos, sin embargo, como todos saben él está conmigo una semana si y otra no. entonces las interrupciones me hicieron pensar que no iba a ser muy productivo. Relativamente cerca de nuestro hogar se estaban desarrollando actividades para enseñar a nadar a los niños, por tanto el mismo deporte por su necesidad de comprar equipos hace que sea cuesta arriba adquirir el uniforme de entrenamiento, una de las causas principales es la financiera. ustedes saben :)

In the surrounding area there were several vacation plans, my first intention was to enroll Jeremias in one of these, however, as everyone knows he is with me every other week, so the interruptions made me think that it was not going to be very productive. Relatively close to our home there were activities being developed to teach swimming to children, therefore the sport itself by its need to buy equipment makes it uphill to acquire the training uniform, one of the main causes is the financial one. you know :)

Esta semana hemos ido todos los días al parque, mi itinerario es imperdible. Voy al liceo por las mañanas, regreso al mediodía, me siento un rato en la computadora hasta eso de las 2:30 de la tarde para salir corriendo al parque debido a que lo cierran a eso de las 4 y un poco mas. En tiempo anteriores el parque permanecía mas tiempo abierto, pero desde los tiempos de la pandemia que permaneció cerrado en su totalidad, no se ha visto mas de 15 personas juntas dentro del parque, pues solo abren 2 entradas de las seis disponible, por tanto la mayoría de las personas piensa que aún está cerrado.

This week we have been going to the park every day, my itinerary is unmissable. I go to the high school in the mornings, come back at noon, sit at the computer until about 2:30 in the afternoon and then run to the park because they close it at about 4 and a little later. In previous times the park was open longer, but since the time of the pandemic when it was completely closed, I have not seen more than 15 people together inside the park, since they only open 2 entrances out of the six available, so most people think it is still closed.

Realmente la paso bien con estos chiquitines, jugamos juntos, hacemos carreras dentro del parque, la ventaja es que no hay nadie dentro y podemos andar sin temor a ningún carro o grupo de personas que no estén pendiente de los niños. La libertad se hace presente cuando cruzamos esas rejas, los suelto y salen corriendo en una competencia feroz por ser el primero en llegar, cada detalle es divertido, a veces agarro atajos y para sorprenderlos, lo que hacen es reírse sin parar. Luego aprovecho para respirar y llenarme del oxígeno proporcionado por los grandes árboles que nos acompañan todas las tardes en esta aventura.

We play together, we make races inside the park, the advantage is that there is no one inside and we can walk without fear of any car or group of people who are not aware of the children. Freedom is present when we cross those fences, I release them and they run in a fierce competition to be the first to arrive, every detail is fun, sometimes I take shortcuts and to surprise them, what they do is laugh non-stop. Then I take the opportunity to breathe and fill myself with the oxygen provided by the big trees that accompany us every afternoon in this adventure.

Solo hay una cosa terrible dentro del parque, y es que los encargados de cuidarlo llegan para avisarnos que están por cerrar, así que nos toca aterrizar y bajar del arcoíris para retornar a nuestro hogar. ¡Chao! // There is only one terrible thing inside the park, and that is that the caretakers arrive to warn us that they are about to close, so we have to land and get off the rainbow to return to our home.
