[ESP-ING] Small quality time

As you know all Venezuelans are doing some nervous shopping, actually with the voting you hear so many things that it is better to act crazy and be calm, my husband and I went to do some shopping and in the middle of those purchases we decided to give ourselves a treat, although we have said that we are going to give up sugar it is difficult, as they say over there a sweet once in a while does not hurt.

We went to our usual supermarket, the euro market there you can buy well, the prices are accessible in my opinion, although many times you get the meats in one side, the dry goods and vegetables in another, well this time we went to buy pure dry goods.

This supermarket has a bakery inside the supermarket and right next to the cash registers, so that people crave for something delicious to eat before leaving, and the desserts are always fresh.

I remember when this supermarket opened its doors about 19 years ago, they would give you a membership card and when you had a birthday they would call you and give you a pineapple cake which is the specialty of the house, they always have this type of cake for sale, of course they don't do that anymore Venezuela has changed but we have faith that everything is going to be fixed.

This part of the bakery has been modernized, before this area there were some old benches and today they put new furniture, light, a really comfortable and spacious area, since they also sell lunch and a lot of people go there.

My husband and I went there at about 11:30am: 30am it was still a bit empty, just a few people having lunch, and we decided to buy a coffee and a small dessert, the coffee for him and the dessert for me 😋, they were both really delicious and we spent some quality time by ourselves, since we rarely go out alone, well since the kids are grown up they don't spend so much time with us, here I leave you some pictures of the place and us, have a great Friday and everybody ready to go vote this 28th don't forget 😉🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪

Como saben todos los venezolanos estamos haciendo compras nerviosas, en realidad con lo de las votaciones uno escucha cada cosa que es mejor hacerse el loco y estar tranquilos, igual mi esposo y yo fuimos a hacer algunas compras y en medio de esas compras decidimos darnos un gusto, aunque hemos dicho que vamos a dejar el azúcar se nos hace difícil, como dicen por allí un dulce de vez en cuando no cae mal.

Fuimos a nuestro supermercado habitual, el euro mercado allí se compra bien, los precios son accesibles a mi parecer, aunque muchas veces uno consigue las carnes en un lado, el seco y verduras en otro, bueno esta v3z fuimos a comprar puro seco.

Este supermercado cuenta con una panaderia dentro del mismo y justo al lado de las cajas, como para que la gente se antoje de comer algo rico antes de irse, y es que los postres siempre son frescos.

Yo recuerdo cuando este supermercado abrió sus puertas como hace unos 19 años atrás, a uno le daban una tarjeta de membresía y cuando uno cumplía años te llamaban y te regalaban una torta de piña que es la especialidad de la casa, siempre tienen a la venta este tipo de torta, claro ya no hacen eso Venezuela ha cambiado pero tenemos fe que todo va arreglarse.

Esta parte de la panadería la modernizaron antes esta área eran unos bancos viejos y hoy en día le pusieron muebles nuevos, luz, un área de verdad cómoda y amplia, ya que también venden almuerzos y va bastante personas.

Mi esposo y yo fuimos como a las 11:30am aun estaba un poco vacio, solo algunas personas almorzando, y decidimos comprar un café y un postre pequeño, el café para el y el postre para mi 😋, de verdad ambos estaban deliciosos y pasamos tiempo de calidad nosotros solos, ya que muy poco salimos solos, bueno como los chicos ya están grandes no andan tanto tiempo con nosotros, aquí les dejo algunas fotografías del lugar y de nosotros, que tengan un grandioso viernes y todos preparados para ir a votar este 28 no se les olvide 😉🇻🇪🇻🇪🇻🇪
