Saludos a todos, la alegría es una de las más impresionantes emociones que puede sentir el ser humano , junto con el amor son los motores la vida, pues las personas hacemos las cosas porque nos dan a alegría o porque las hacemos por amor, por eso me uno a la Iniciativa creada por @damarysvibra para contarles sobre lo que me da alegría y como cultivo la alegría en mi vida. ¿Reconoces qué te produce alegría?/ Do you know what brings you joy?
Tiempo de calidad en familia: compartir con la familia es algo que toda persona debería hacer, pero sabemos que no todas las personas tienen la posibilidad de tener a su familia junta, por eso me alegra cada vez que puedo comparto con ellos, bien sea visitándonos o ellos viniendo a mi casa, también me da micha alegría cuando converso con mis hermanas y cuando puedo compartir tiempo con mis nietos y mis hijas, salimos por un helado, al parque o cualquier cosa como por ejemplo ir a comparar juntas en el mercado, me da alegría poder estar con mis hijas.
Quality family time: sharing with the family is something that everyone should do, but we know that not everyone has the possibility of having their family together, so I am happy whenever I can I share with them, either visiting us or them coming to my house, it also gives me great joy when I talk with my sisters and when I can spend time with my grandchildren and my daughters, we go out for ice cream, to the park or anything like, for example, going to compare together in the market, it gives me joy to be able to be with my daughters.
Ayudar al prójimo:No ayudó a los demás por obligación, lo hago porque me nace y se que dependiendo de las circunstancias poder ayudar a otro y hacer que obtenga un beneficio que le ayude a solucionar su problema, bien sea un problema pequeño o uno más grande, saber que esa persona estará mejor me da mucha alegría, dicen que es mejor ayudar y no hablar sobre ello, pero la recompensa es ver que la otra persona esté mejor, la alegría que se obtiene al ayudar a los demás es una alegría que regocija al alma.
Helping others:I did not help others out of obligation, I do it because it was born in me and I know that depending on the circumstances I can help another and make them obtain a benefit that helps them solve their problem, well Whether it's a small problem or a bigger one, knowing that that person will be better gives me a lot of joy, they say it's better to help and not talk about it, but the reward is seeing that the other person is better, the joy that comes from helping to others is a joy that rejoices the soul.
Cocinar para mis nietos:No hace falta que sea un cumpleaños o una fecha especial, siempre busco la forma de hacer tortas o cualquier postre para mis nietos, mi nieto Rafael vive conmigo y el es como mi cómplice, cada vez que cocino algo sabroso el llama a sus primos por teléfono y les dice que vengan a visitarnos porque yo hice al sabroso para merendar, normalmente su plan funciona y en la tarde o al día siguiente mis otros dos nietos llegan a mi casa con su mamá, todos con una gran sonrisa en rostro preguntando “¿Abuela que nos guardaste?”, estas palabras activan mi alegría, incluso e logrado identificar que cuando no les guardo nada la que se siente triste soy yo.
Cooking for my grandchildren:It doesn't have to be a birthday or a special date, I always look for a way to make cakes or any dessert for my grandchildren, my grandson Rafael lives with me and he is like my accomplice, every time I cook something tasty he calls his cousins on the phone and tells them to come visit us because I made the tasty one for snack, usually his plan works and in the afternoon or the next day my other two grandchildren come to my house with their Mom, everyone with a big smile on their face asking "Grandma, what did you save us?" These words activate my joy, I have even managed to identify that when I don't save anything for them, I am the one who feels sad.
Bailar: No voy a fiestas, pero me gusta mucho bailar desde que tengo recuerdos, por eso de vez en cuando enciendo la radio y busco música bailable mientras hago las arepas me pongo a bailar sola en mi cocina, no hay nada que interrumpa ese momento de baile y eso me da mucha alegría.
Dancing: I don't go to parties, but I like to dance a lot since I have memories, that's why from time to time I turn on the radio and look for dance music while I make the arepas I start dancing alone in my kitchen, there is nothing that interrupts that moment of dance and that gives me a lot of joy.
Dar obsequios Soy una persona que manifiesta sus afectos por medio de los obsequio, eso no siempre se puede cumplir por obvias razones económicas, pero cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de darle un pequeño obsequio a alguno de mis seres queridos, eso me da mucha alegría.
Giving gifts I am a person who expresses his affections through gifts, that cannot always be fulfilled for obvious economic reasons, but every time I have the opportunity to give a small gift to one of my loved ones darlings, that makes me very happy.
¿Cómo la fomentas en tu vida?/ How do you foster joy in your life?
Fomento la alegría al estar en paz conmigo misma, al saber que no le debo ni temo a nadie, que estoy viviendo el momento, alejando los malos pensamiento y por supuesto amando a Dios y tratando de comprender que todo pasa por su voluntad, aprender a llevar la vida sin preocupaciones es difícil para porque siempre procuro hacer todo rápido y de buena manera para beneficio de mi familia, pero también he comprendido que la alegria no se debe cambiar por nada ni por nadie, el estrés es algo delicado y no puedo dejar que esto corte mis momentos de alegría, igualmente saber alejarme de las personas que me han quitado a la alegría.
I encourage joy by being at peace with myself, by knowing that I do not owe or fear anyone, that I am living in the moment, driving away bad thoughts and of course loving God and trying to understand that everything happens by his will, learning to Leading life without worries is difficult for me because I always try to do everything quickly and in a good way for the benefit of my family, but I have also understood that joy should not be exchanged for anything or anyone, stress is something delicate and I cannot leave that this cuts my moments of joy, also knowing how to get away from the people who have taken away my joy.

Se que para mi familia soy importante y eso me hace sentir bien se que para ellos en cualquier momento he sido fuente de alegría y agradezco a Dios por eso, trato de llevar mi vida siendo amable con los demás y demostrándonos afectos hacia las personas que amo.
I know that for my family I am important and that makes me feel good I know that for them at any time I have been a source of joy and I thank God for that, I try to lead my life being kind to others and showing affection towards the people I love .

Da mucha alegría el poder ayudar a los demás, es una experiencia que nos levanta el ánimo. Como señalas, hay muchas personas que ya no podemos disfrutar de eso por que la familia se ha disgregado.
