When love is true
Hello my friends, taking into account the date that is approaching and being in the month of love, what better than to tell you about a Shojo anime called Watashi wa Motete Dousunda, a romantic series that from the first moment I saw it I loved it. It has a nice story and characters and the manga is beautiful.it's about Kae Serinuma, an Otaku Fujoshi girl with overweight who spends her time
her classmates in her imagination. She is head over heels in love with Shion, a 2D anime character.
One day when she returns from school she realizes that Shion has died and she falls into a deep depression, the death of her favorite anime character makes her stressed, she is in bed depressed and loses weight quickly she locks herself in her room for weeks without eating almost nothing. When she comes out of her room she realizes that she has lost weight drastically and that she is actually pretty. The next day she arrives at school unrecognizable. So much so that 4 boys who knew her when she was fat become interested in her and now a love match is formed to win Kae's heart.
Kae Serinuma is the main character, one of the so-called fujoshi. When she sees two boys who get along well, she soon fantasizes about forbidden loves. The series is super loving and the characters are very charismatic and have different and unique personalities. It's a good series to start in the world of Reverse Harem. It is a very funny anime that all otakus will enjoy since the protagonist is like us: a great passionate about the world of anime. If you want to have a good time or disconnect from work or studies, no doubt this work will make you disconnect and laugh. The pity is that there are only 12 chapters and the story has no "end", since the manga is in volume 12 and is still being published, so when you finish it leaves you a bittersweet taste, you can also read the manga. In short, it is an anime with many comic and romantic scenes that is well worth seeing.100%. 100% Recommended.

i thought i had already seen this protagonist somewhere, i remember a real on instagram where they showed how she had such a drastic and absurd change while she slept and arrived unrecognizable to school. i must admit that the animation seems good and at least with the approach to the story and how you explain that Kae's personality is sure to have very funny moments, i'll try to watch at least a couple of chapters to see if it catches my attention :D
Sometimes series can pleasantly surprise us, I hope you enjoy watching it and have fun with the entertaining moments of Kae's personality! If you need any more recommendations or information, I'll be here to help!
Ohh... I haven't watched the anime, but I remember reading the manga before. (Though I forgot where I stopped. haha) :) I was always team senpai, though!!! hahah
Of course! Many times people prefer to read manga instead of watching anime, because they can enjoy the story at their own pace and visualize it through their imagination. both ways of consuming content have their own advantages and it's great that you had the opportunity to enjoy manga. If you have any questions or want to share more about your manga experience, I'd be happy to hear from you.thanks for your comment.
It's more detailed in the manga, but both anime and manga have their perks. I actually read and watch both versions especially in the genre that I love like sports, action or adventure ones. :) Let's both enjoy either watching anime or reading manga!!!
