Buenos dias, últimamente cubanos están impresionados con un bicitaxi en La Habana en forma de tacón rojo que ha llamado la atención en toda Cuba a través de las redes sociales. Muchos han compartido fotos alabando la creatividad y el ingenio del cubano.
Sin embargo, pocos saben que el bicitaxi-tacón rojo es una obra de arte de la artista plástica cubana Liudmila López Domínguez. La obra fue presentada en la Oncena Bienal de La Habana en 2012 en la calle Reina de la capital, donde un bicitaxi con forma de zapato rojo era manejado por el actor y pintor Jorge Perugorría, llevando como pasajeras a las autoras del zapato ambulante, Liudmila López Domínguez y Sandra Pérez.La presentación del bicitaxi-tacón rojo fue uno de los proyectos de la Oncena Bienal de La Habana, que buscaba agrupar bicitaxis convertidos en piezas de arte que se trasladan por la ciudad mostrando la diversidad y calidad de los artistas cubanos.Desde entonces, la obra ha sido muy comentada y sigue sorprendiendo a los cubanos, quienes han descubierto la historia detrás de esta peculiar forma de transporte.
Liudmila López Domínguez es una artista plástica con más de 20 años de carrera y ha incursionado en diversas técnicas, como la pintura, el grabado y la serigrafía con stencil. En su página oficial, confiesa que nunca planeó dedicarse a la escultura, pero en los últimos 12 años se ha enfocado en la creación de esculturas de zapatos femeninos, como el bicitaxi-tacón rojo.Más de una década después de la presentación de esta obra de arte, los cubanos siguen impactados y orgullosos de la creatividad y el ingenio de su gente. El bicitaxi-tacón rojo se ha convertido en un símbolo de la cultura y la identidad cubanas, demostrando que la imaginación y el buen gusto no tienen límites.
