Hoy continúo mi recorrido por los lugares turísticos del hermoso pueblo de Caiacara del Orinoco; ubicado en las adyacencias de nuestro río padre, y de allí toma su nombre; un pueblo bendecido por Dios rico en recursos minerales, como el oro (Au), la bauxita y el Diamante, siendo éste el mas representativo; y de allí la construcción de esta hermosa plaza llamada: Redoma el Diamante.
Fué creada en el año 2007, para incentivar el turismo, y embellecer nuestro pueblo, está ubicada en el centro del pueblo, frente al destacamento de la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana, representando esto, su cuidado y resguardo, teniendo al frente un garn letrero con el nombre del pueblo.
Es la parada obligatoria de los visitantes; siempre se ve personas fotografiandose, para llevarse un recuerdo, en épocas decembrinas es adornada para resaltar aún más su belleza.

Today I continue my tour of the tourist places of the beautiful town of Caiacara del Orinoco; located in the vicinity of our father river, and from there it takes its name; a town blessed by God rich in mineral resources, such as gold (Au), bauxite and diamond, the latter being the most representative; and hence the construction of this beautiful square called: Redoma el Diamante.
It was created in 2007, to encourage tourism, and beautify our town, is located in the center of town, in front of the detachment of the Bolivarian National Guard, representing this, their care and protection, having in front a garn sign with the name of the town.
It is an obligatory stop for visitors; you can always see people taking pictures to take a souvenir, and during the Christmas season it is decorated to highlight its beauty even more.
La etructura consta de 4 pilares de hierro, fundamentadas en una base de cemento, y en la parte superior un hermoso diamante de hierro, tiene una altura aproximada de 2,5 metros.
The structure consists of 4 iron pillars, based on a cement base, and at the top a beautiful iron diamond, has a height of approximately 2.5 meters.
Tiene bancos en toda su extensión para comodidad de los visitantes, y el piso es de grama verde.

De noche tiene faros, que la mantienen iluminada.
