ā¢Hallaca leaves
-Rings
ā¢Onion
ā¢Paprika
ā¢Aji
ā¢Garlic
ā¢Chives
ā¢Cilantro
ā¢jojoporro
ā¢Culantro
-Condiments
ā¢Chicken and meat cubes
ā¢Pepper
ā¢Salt
ā¢Oregano
ā¢Onoto
Muchas personas a la hora de decorar nuestra receta aƱaden mĆ”s ingredientes, como hay otras que no. Esto varia segĆŗn nuestra ciudad de origen.
Many people when decorating our recipe add more ingredients, as there are others who do not. This varies according to our city of origin.
ā¢Prepacion del guiso
Sancochamos en agua nuestras presas cada una por separado, con sal al gusto y unos dientes de ajos
-Preparation of the stew
We boil our prey in water, each one separately, with salt to taste and a few cloves of garlic.
Al tener nuestros aliƱos limpios y picados podemos sofreirlos con aceite y nuestros condimentos cada uno a su gusto, al tener nuestras presas sancochadas y picadas tambiƩn a nuestro gusto lo agregamos a nuestros aliƱos sofritos dejƔndolos un tiempo razonable, ya luego agregan sus pasas y aceitunas. Las alcaparras lavadas para retirar el exceso de sal, tambiƩn las agregamos.

Agregamos agua y a mi gusto me gusta agregarle dos pedazitos de hojas de plĆ”tano,(bien lavadas) siento que agarra un sabor Ćŗnico.š¤¤
Para espesar disolvemos dos cucharadas de la harina pan en una tazita de agua y agregamos y tapamos y mantenemos el tiempo que para ustedes sea razonable y el espesor a su gusto, no puede quedar con tanto caldo ya que daƱaria nuestra hallaca a la hora de rellenar

Agregando un paquete primero en un bold grande y agregamos sal al gusto y aƱadimos agua mientras amasamos y poco a poco vamos agregando el segundo paquete de harina pan y agua y aceite en onoto
TambiƩn pueden agregar el caldo de algunas las presas sancochadas anteriormente, eso ayuda a tener mƔs sabor. Seguimos amasando hasta tener una textura muy suave, fƔcil de manejar.
With the dough is the easiest and fastest part.

El pabilo tambiƩn lo picamos para tenerlo listo, lo picamos dependiendo del tamaƱo de la Hallaca, una medida estƔndar es 1.20metro
Para la decoraciĆ³n de nuestra hallaca por lo general usamos aritos de cebolla, pimentĆ³n una aceituna (rellena o con hueso), y un puƱito de 3 o 4 pasas

Para proceder armar, tengamos un envase con aceite y una mopita para aceitar nuestra hoja
Procedemos a estirar una bolita mediana o pequeƱa lo mĆ”s fina que podamos, agregamos nuestro guiso y nuestra decoraciĆ³n

Pasamos a cerrar nuestra hallaca, doblando un lado de la hoja y luego la otra, junto con los extremos, usando otra hoja mediana para arroparla y otra hoja pequeƱa y empezamos a usar nuestro pabilo ya picado, posicionƔndo la mitad del pabilo debajo de nuestra hallaca cruzamos y dando vuelta queda debajo de nuestra Hallaca nuevamente y repetimos el proceso pero ahora de manera vertical y lo hacemos dos veces
We close our hallaca, folding one side of the sheet and then the other, along with the ends, using another medium sheet to wrap it and another small sheet and we start using our chopped wick, positioning half of the wick under our hallaca, cross it and turn it around and it is under our hallaca again and repeat the process but now vertically and we do it twice.
Y culminamos cocinando aproximadamente 40 minutos
Pueden llegar hacer 50 o 60
A mĆ me salieron 66 hallacas en totalš
Y solo queda disfrutarla en familia
And we finish cooking for approximately 40 minutes
You can make 50 or 60
I made 66 hallacas in totalš.
