Simple and healthy: Sauteed cabbage with tofu and eggs.

It's been a couple of days since the last time I posted our daily recipe blog. As much as I want to share it I can't as when my son started schooling I became so busy with many things as I a mom.

Yesterday I want to write a recipe blog but because there's an incident happened I can't able to write. For today's blog I will share to you what I cook yesterday. It's a sauteed cabbage with tofu and eggs. I am not a fan of meat that's why in every recipe I made I also add some tofu as a substitute for the meat.

I am planning to cook some bitter gourd but nowadays the price of bitter gourd is high that's why I decided to bought some cabbage and cook it for our lunch. Not all people will appreciate this kind of recipe but for me I love the not so flavorful taste of the dish and you can only taste the little sweetness of cabbage that absorb by the tofu.



This is a simple recipe guys and we just need this following ingredients:

Cabbage
Tofu
Eggs
Onion
Garlic
Black pepper
Chicken cubes



Preparation:

Slice the cabbage depends on your desire shape. As for me I sliced it like this. Don't forget to wash after slicing so that the water will drain before you cook it.

Fry the tofu and also slice it depends on your desire shape.

Mince the garlic , onion and slice the tomato.

Let's cook!

Sautee the garlic , onion and tomato until the tomato became soft.

Add the cabbage, powdered black pepper and chicken cubes and mix it until the ingredients are well combined.

After mixing put the tofu and mix it again. We don't want the cabbage to overcook that's why we need to cook it faster.

Beat some egg and pour it to the cabbage

Mix it until cook and turn off the heat.

Looks, delicious sis. I haven't eaten tofu yet. I heard it's the best alternative for meat.
