Prepararnos para un día especial es un proceso ya que buscamos de todo para vernos y sentirnos bien, en la comunidad de familia y amigos existe una iniciativa activa que llama a la reflexión, también es una buena causa, todo es referente a la navidad lo cual me gusta. Desde hace tiempo he perdido el rumbo de lo que debo o no hacer para recibir las navidades, porque dejo fluir las cosas, aunque siempre con mis amigos buscamos algo que hacer ya que mi familia que tengo aquí no tengo conexión con ellos, después de haber tenido una relacion de lo mejor, pero es algo que luego les contare, porque no todos puedan llamarse familia.

Para recibir las navidades me gusta arreglar la casa y poner incienso, algo que aprendí de mi madre, también me gustan los olores de canela y mandarina, en oportunidades me gusta colocar musica todo el día, pero donde vivo es algo difícil, pero siempre lo hago, también me gusta limpiar la casa de adentro para afuera para alejar las malas energías, me gusta consentir a mi familia, pero lo mejor es con mi hijo, ella es por quien estoy de lo mejor en las navidades, porque sin mi familia cerca es difícil, pero entre mi pareja, mi huija y yo sabemos disfrutar.

Como les dije en publicaciones atrás, tengo a mi pareja quien es un oprimo lejano, pero aquí esta su hermano que es mi primo y cuñado, junto a el y su familia lo pasamos bien, pero no tanto, son bueno, pero prefiero mantener a la familia alejada. Las navidades perdieron el brillo desde hace tiempo en mi familia, pero aquí en este nuevo lugar las cosas son diferentes y esa magia vuelve a nacer ya que en Venezuela se ha perdido un poco las tradiciones.

How are you and your family or friends preparing for Christmas?


Preparing for a special day is a process as we look for everything to look and feel good, in the community of family and friends there is an active initiative that calls for reflection, it is also a good cause, everything is related to Christmas which I like. For some time now I have lost track of what I should or should not do to receive Christmas, because I let things flow, although always with my friends we look for something to do since my family that I have here I have no connection with them, after having had a relationship of the best, but it is something that I will tell you later, because not everyone can be called family.


To receive Christmas I like to arrange the house and put incense, something I learned from my mother, I also like the smells of cinnamon and tangerine, sometimes I like to play music all day, but where I live is difficult, but I always do it, I also like to clean the house inside and out to keep away bad energies, I like to pamper my family, but the best is with my son, she is who I am the best at Christmas, because without my family around is difficult, but between my partner, my huija and I know how to enjoy.

As I told you in previous posts, I have my partner who is a distant cousin, but here is his brother who is my cousin and brother-in-law, with him and his family we have a good time, but not so much, they are good, but I prefer to keep the family away. Christmas lost its shine a long time ago in my family, but here in this new place things are different and that magic is born again since in Venezuela the traditions have been lost a little bit.

My Christmas and how I make it all possible

From the morning I start cleaning and then I make my hallacas with my partner while my daughter enjoys in the street for a while, then we wait for our cousins and nephews to advance part of the dinner, I hope this year is better, because last year very terrible things happened, but with the grace of God everything is improving, despite everything it was a nice day, in Colombia we also prepare drinks as in my house in Venezuela, when my mother made the food and we drank what was prepared.

The food can not be missing hehehe because between eating and sleeping is living, it is something we can not miss, after dinner and a drink, the children are waiting for their gifts from the child God, my daughter is very hurried, so she does not sleep and waits, but sleep overcomes her. Christmas will be different and better every time, also Venezuela will have what it has always deserved and has been taken away over the years, a safe place for everyone since we are brothers, I hope to return and enjoy my days as I did before coming, here the work is hard, but I do my best for the future of my daughter, I think that after a few years this will be the best.
