Una sorpresa que me sonrojó (Esp-Eng)

Hola amigos, sean bienvenidos a mi Blog, soy Yeli Marín @yelimarin y hoy me sumo a la iniciativa de mi amiga @angelica7 donde abordamos el tema de la Sorpresa y esto me hace recordar un regalo que me hicieron hace unos 15 años o más y no era precisamente lo que esperaba.

Recuerdo que en esos años comenzaba una relación con un hombre mayor que yo y más experimentado en todos los aspectos. Esa era mi segunda relación en toda mi vida. Mi primer novio fue en el liceo y cuando se terminó estuve un tiempo sola y después en curso conocí a este caballero.

Recuerdo que vivía con mis papás en ese entonces y estaba de cumpleaños, ya teníamos un tiempo saliendo y nos quedábamos juntos muchas veces, pero no nos habíamos establecido como tal.

I remember in those years I was starting a relationship with a man older than me and more experienced in all aspects. That was my second relationship in my entire life. My first boyfriend was in high school and when it ended I was alone for a while and then I met this gentleman.
I remember I was living with my parents at the time and he was on his birthday, we had been dating for a while and we stayed together many times, but we had not established ourselves as such.

Yo cumplía como 25 años quizá y mi novio y actual pareja fue a casa de mis padres dónde yo vivía a dejarme una bolsita de regalos por mi cumpleaños, recuerdo que la bolsita era azul metalizada. Me imaginaba un osito de peluche y unos chocolates tal vez o alguna bisutería o maquillaje.

Pero cómo yo sabía que él era muy particular, lo que decimos en Venezuela Zorro Viejo pensé en que tal vez no fuese lo que esperaba, y justamente me lleva el regalo y me lo da delante de mi mamá, yo conversando con él y haciéndome la loca para no abrir la bolsa delante de mi mamá y obvio, ella curiosa jajaja quería ver que me había regalado. Se sentía la tensión jajajaja.

Y mi mamá me dice que lo abra a ver que me había llevado mi novio y él también esperando que lo abriera, así que no me quedó de otra. Al abrir la bolsita vi que estaban unos lentes de contacto verdes muy bonitos, ya había tenido unos grises y me quedaban muy bien, pero no era sólo eso.

I was maybe 25 years old and my boyfriend and current partner went to my parents' house where I lived to leave me a little bag of gifts for my birthday, I remember that the bag was metallic blue. I imagined a teddy bear and some chocolates maybe or some jewelry or makeup.
But as I knew he was very particular, what we say in Venezuela Zorro Viejo I thought that maybe it was not what I expected, and he took me the gift and gave it to me in front of my mom, I was talking to him and pretending to be crazy not to open the bag in front of my mom and obviously, she was curious hahaha she wanted to see what he had given me. I could feel the tension hahahaha.
And my mom told me to open it to see what my boyfriend had brought me and he was also waiting for me to open it, so I had no choice. When I opened the bag I saw that there were some very nice green contact lenses, I had already had some gray ones and they fit me very well, but it was not only that.

Cuando sigo sacando siento una tela y asumí que era una blusa y cuando la saco resulta que no era precisamente una blusa sino un conjunto de lencería, muy bonito por cierto, de hecho era un traje de conejita, con el lazo del cuello, los puños, las orejitas, era un conjunto completo en blanco y negro tipo hilo y en la parte de atrás tenía un pompón en negro. Mi cara de sorpresa se hizo evidente.

Y es que era una vergüenza muy particular, primero por destaparlo delante de mi mamá, eso me dio mucha vergüenza y mi mamá al principio se apenó, pero después se hizo la loca y siguió la corriente, creo que para hacer menos incómodo el momento jajajaja. Yo no sabía si reírme o cambiar el tema o hablar del regalo.

Así que me sonreí y traté de cambiar el tema, pues ese regalo tenía un significado claro y que mi mamá lo supiera me apenaba. Mi novio se reía, pero eso no es todo, la cosa se puso más incómoda cuando mi mamá llama a mi papá y le enseña el regalo que me había dado mi novio.

And it was a very particular embarrassment, first for uncovering it in front of my mom, that made me very embarrassed and my mom at first was embarrassed, but then she acted crazy and went with the flow, I think to make the moment less awkward hahahahaha. I didn't know whether to laugh or change the subject or talk about the gift.
So I smiled and tried to change the subject, because that gift had a clear meaning and my mom knowing about it made me sad. My boyfriend laughed, but that's not all, it got more awkward when my mom calls my dad and shows him the gift my boyfriend had given me.

La cara se me caía de vergüenza y lo veía y él disfrutaba el momento, con una risa de picardía. Yo estaba apenada con mis padres y sorprendida por el regalo, fue un mensaje directo que llegó a mi cerebro, jajajaja, nunca me habían regalado ese tipo de regalos así que no sabía cómo reaccionar.

Lo cierto fue que me sorprendí mucho, pero después me relajé y obvio que lo utilicé y lo modelé jajajaja creo que unos 9 meses después nació mi hijo jajajaja, mentira. Al principio fue incómodo, no sabía cómo reaccionar y después sólo lo disfruté y recibí varios regalos de este tipo aun cuando no era mi cumpleaños jajaja.

Me acuerdo que en la oficina al llegar lo primero que me preguntaron fue qué me había regalado mi novio y les conté que un traje de conejita, fue muy cómico y particular, un regalo que realmente me sorprendió y de hecho aún lo conservo, aunque ya no me queda jajajaja.

I remember at the office when I arrived the first thing they asked me was what my boyfriend had given me and I told them a bunny suit, it was very funny and particular, a gift that really surprised me and in fact I still have it, although it no longer fits me hahahaha.
