Presentándome a Hive(Yaya-Paz y Amor)/Introducing myself to Hive(Yaya-Peace and Love)(Esp/Eng)
Saludos a esta maravillosa plataforma de la que he escuchado muchísimo, mi nombre es Yadira Hernández Barrera (La Yaya). Nací y vivo en Pinar del Río, cuba y soy actriz de teatro, narradora oral, cantante, amante de los animales, la naturaleza y mamá de una hermosa niña de 7 años que se llama Lena.
Con mi pequeña Lena de visita en AustriaDesde pequeña siempre me gustó el mundo del arte y de alguna manera, aunque era una niña, algo dentro de mí me decía que ese era mi camino. En el barrio donde yo vivía había un coro aficionado de niños en el cuál pude entrar y con la ayuda de su directora Vilma Galindo, actualmente directora del Coro Polifónico de Pinar del Río, al cual pertenezco, quien vio condiciones en mí y me ayudó a prepararme, pude aprobar los exámenes de aptitud para entrar a la Unidad Docente del Teatro Lirico de Pinar del Río Ernesto Lecuona, con la edad de 14 años.

Fue allí donde comenzó mi camino, es una escuela donde recibí una profunda y multidisciplinaria preparación en canto lírico, actuación, solfeo, danza, interpretación, etcétera.
Al graduarme me quedé trabajando en la compañía lírica, pero después otras influencias hicieron que comenzara a experimentar en el mundo de la actuación y el canto de otros géneros.
Siguiendo este rumbo me fui a trabajar en la zona turística de Varadero, en la provincia de Matanzas, como cantante de las agrupaciones “A Tempo” y "Alma en Clave".
Tocábamos diferentes géneros musicales versionando canciones conocidas y llevándolas a nuestro terreno, durante este tiempo trabajamos en muchos de los hoteles de Varadero. Por allá estuve 4 años trabajando incesantemente y disfrutando de las maravillas de aquel lugar, así como de la felicidad de poder hacer lo que realmente me gustaba y poder vivir de ello. En esa etapa quedé embarazada de mi preciosa hija y por cosas de la vida su papá y yo nos separamos, así que me vi obligada a regresar a Pinar del Río, ya que no podía sostener mi estancia en matanzas estando sola con la niña pequeña y sin poder trabajar.
Al regresar, después de un tiempo inactiva ocupándome de la maternidad, comencé a trabajar en el grupo de teatro Rumbo, que ha sido una escuela para mi y en el que aun me mantengo trabajando.

También formo parte del grupo de narración oral escénica “A la cuenta de tres” que creamos 2 compañeros y yo hace dos años. Trabajamos contando todo tipo de trabajos literarios tanto para niños como para adultos.

Me gusta mucho la música Celta, específicamente la Irlandesa, de la cuál me enamoré desde que fui a mi primer festival de música celta en el año 2010, donde tuve la dicha de conocer y compartir escenario con grandes artistas mundialmente conocidos de este género como Gay Mckeon, Brendan Beagly, Liam Ó Maonlaí y Mick Moloney. Desde entonces me he atrevido a cantar el viejo estilo irlandés más conocido como Sean-Nos, el cual espero poder compartir con ustedes más adelante.
Tuve la suerte de formar una agrupación llamada The Sunny Shamrocks, realizando varios conciertos con esta.

Pertenezco a un grupo de protección animal en el que intentamos hacer todo el bien que podamos a animales que no tienen hogar, desde el punto de vista de la alimentación, cuidados médicos, protección y gestión de adopción cuando es necesario, ya que es muy triste la situación en la que están muchos animalitos callejeros y la cantidad de personas que aún los maltratan como si no fueran seres vivos. Esa es una de las actividades que más placer me da y que mayor bienestar me aporta, es un granito de arena que siento que estoy aportando para que de alguna manera el nuestro sea un mundo mejor, sobre todos para los pobres animalitos que andan solos y desprotegidos por la falta de un hogar en el que se les de un poco de cariño.
Sobre mis gustos les puedo decir que disfruto mucho escuchar música de todo tipo, leer, ver películas, ir a la playa y pasar tiempo con mi familia. La playa es el lugar donde para mi todo es especial, el tiempo se detiene y me lleno de paz. El momento perfecto para mi es estar sentada un atardecer a la orilla de la playa con mi familia, los pies metidos en el agua, tomándonos una cerveza y solo conversar, reírnos, estar juntos admirando la puesta de sol y recibiendo la brisa del mar embriagándonos con su olor típico a salitre.

Tengo los mejores padres del mundo, de los que estoy muy orgullosa y agradecida porque siempre lo han sido todo para mi y han luchado a brazo partido por mi bienestar, mi educación y por apoyarme en mi sueño de ser artista. El bienestar de mi familia es muy importante para mí, la paz en mi hogar, el amor, la alegría y el respeto.
Mi pequeña hija Lena es maravillosa y muy inteligente, es mi razón de existir, el amor que me hizo sentir cuando la tomé en mis brazos la primera vez transformó mi vida completamente.
Vivo con mi esposo y mi niña, los fines de semana se suman los hijos de mi esposo que es como si fueran míos. Juntos somos una hermosa familia.
Supe de esta plataforma por mi esposo, Raúl Hernández Vergara(@hdez781220), quien lleva unos meses aprendiendo de este mundo y compartiendo contenido. En la medida en que él me ha ido explicando como funciona Hive, ha ido despertando en mi la curiosidad e interés de formar parte de esta gran familia. Espero, en esta plataforma, poder aprender mucho con el contenido que todos sus miembros comparten, así como poder llevarles un pedacito de mi a través del contenido que comparta con todo el cariño y el respeto del mundo.
La oportunidad de intercambiar con personas de todas partes, sus ideas, su manera de pensar y su talento me emociona muchísimo, es por esa razón que estoy aquí, presentándome ante ustedes, con el deseo de ser acogida y poder entrar en este maravilloso mundo que sé que me enamorará al instante.

With my little child Lena de visiting AustriaSince I was little, I always liked the world of art and somehow, even though I was a girl, something inside me told me that this was my path. In the neighborhood where I lived there was an amateur children's choir in which I was able to join and with the help of its director Vilma Galindo, currently director of the Pinar del Río Polyphonic Choir, to which I belong, who saw conditions in me and helped me to prepare myself, I was able to pass the aptitude exams to enter the Teaching Unit of the Teatro Lirico of Pinar del Río Ernesto Lecuona, at the age of 14.

It was there where my path began, it is a school where I received a deep and multidisciplinary preparation in lyrical singing, acting, music theory, dance, interpretation, etc. When I graduated I stayed working in the lyrical company, but later other influences made me begin to experiment in the world of acting and singing in other genres.
Following this direction, I went to work in the tourist area of Varadero, in the province of Matanzas, as a singer in the groups “A Tempo” and “Alma e Clave”.
We played different musical genres, covering well-known songs and bringing them to our area, during this time we worked in many of the hotels in Varadero. I spent 4 years there working incessantly and enjoying the wonders of that place, as well as the happiness of being able to do what I really liked and being able to make a living out of it. At that stage I became pregnant with my beautiful daughter and due to things in life, her father and I separated, so I was forced to return to Pinar del Río, since I could not sustain my stay in the massacres being alone with the little girl and without being able to work.
Upon returning, after an inactive time dealing with motherhood, I started working in the Rumbo theater group, which has been a school for me and in which I still continue working.

Recieving the national price of Oral Storytelling JUGLAR 2023 for the Play "Garden"
I am also part of the Scenic Oral Narration group “On the count of three” that 2 colleagues and I created two years ago. We work telling all types of literary works for both children and adults.
I really like Celtic music, specifically Irish, which I fell in love with since I went to my first Celtic music festival in 2010, where I had the joy of meeting and sharing the stage with great world-known artists of this genre such as Gay Mckeon, Brendan Beagly, Liam Ó Maonlaí and Mick Moloney. Since then I have dared to sing the old Irish style better known as Sean-Nos, which I hope to share with you in future posts.

I belong to an animal protection group in which we try to do as much good as we can for animals that have no home, from the point of view of food, medical care, protection and adoption management when necessary, since it is very sad the situation in which many stray animals are and the number of people who still mistreat them as if they were not living beings. That is one of the activities that gives me the most pleasure and that brings me the greatest well-being, it is a grain of sand that I feel that I am contributing so that in some way ours is a better world, especially for the poor little animals that walk alone and unprotected due to the lack of a home where they can be given a little love.
Regarding my tastes, I can tell you that I really enjoy listening to music of all kinds, reading, watching movies, going to the beach and spending time with my family. The beach is the place where for me everything is special, time stops and I am filled with peace. The perfect moment for me is sitting on the edge of the beach with my family by sunset, feet in the water, having a beer and just talking, laughing, being together admiring the sunset and receiving the sea breeze, getting us filled with its typical smell of saltpeter.

I have the best parents in the world, of whom I am very proud and grateful because they have always been everything to me and have fought hard for my well-being, my education and for supporting me in my dream of being an artist. The well-being of my family is very important to me, peace in my home, love, joy and respect.
My little daughter Lena is wonderful and very intelligent, she is my reason for existing, the love she made me feel when I took her in my arms the first time transformed my life completely.
I live with my husband and my daughter, on weekends my husband's children join us and it is as if they were mine. Together we are a beautiful family.
I learned about this platform from my husband, Raúl Hernández Vergara(@hdez781220), who has been learning about this world for a few months and sharing content. To the extent that he has explained to me how Hive works, he has awakened in me the curiosity and interest of being part of this great family. I hope, on this platform, to be able to learn a lot from the content that all its members share, as well as to be able to bring them a little piece of me through the content that I will share with all the love and respect in the world. The opportunity to exchange with people from all over, their ideas, their way of thinking and their talent excites me very much, it is for that reason that I am here, presenting myself before you, with the desire to be welcomed and to be able to enter this wonderful world that I know I will fall in love instantly.
